A spatial reasoning test usually includes such things as
Which way will this gear go? It shows you a picture of a large number of gears all linked to each other in some way, points to one and asks Clockwise or counter clockwise.
What will this box look like when it is assembled. It shows a strangely shaped box with a symbol such as a dot or a circle or X on one leaf. You are suppose to visualize the box assembled and get the symbol in the right place.
There is no way to review for this. You can either do it or not. If you want to get a feel for it, Play Tetris. It actually requires a certain level of spatial ability to get to certain levels. You must be able to "See" what is the best place for it to assemble the lines easiest.
You can find a practice test here: You are not allowed to view links.
I would say again play the old game of Tetris to improve. However some of it is innate. I have a friend who has almost zilch in the spatial IQ. She can't get three lines in Tetris.
