J.R. Ward "Fallen Angels" series ...any good?
« on: October 31, 2014, 11:38 PM »
I have avoided reading J.R. Ward's BDB series for sooo many years! Based on some reviews and blurbs, I figured that I wont like the books and c'mon ,,, whoever heard of ancient vampires speaking like hoods!?

But, I decided to listen to BDB #1 audio book couple of mths back and liked it enough to attempt the other books. Boy, was I blown away ... I even forced myself to read Lover At Last (Qhuinn and Blay's book) altho I am not into M/M books.  Gotta read all the books in the series, coz it's like a soap-opera.

Now, I am finished with all 12 books and I must says that I cant wait for the next book ... I really want Assail and Marisol's story.

I want to read the Fallen Angel series but skimming thru book 1 and reading the blurbs ...doesnt really excite me. But since I was soooo wrong about BDB series, I could be wrong about this too.

SO anyone has read the Fallen ANgel series? Are they any good? Is it much like the BDB series, where the H are so angst but you cant help but root for them?

Otherwise, I will have to go back to my bad boy Biliionaire books.

Jamie:"Well, no, so long as it doesna bother you that I am. Reckon one of us should know what they're doing."    ―Outlander TV series
