Here are a few I can come up with ATM:

Secretly more by Lux Zakari
Better than chocolate by Brieanna Robertson

Bit heavier topic:
Heart on a chain by Cindy c Bennett
The boy who sneaks in my bedroom window by kirsty Moseley
(girl is/was abused and friend helps her >> fall in love)
~second star to the right and straight on til morning~

I love these kinds of books too, but I also have a hard time finding them. But here are some that would fit the best-friends-falling-in-love-theme.

Lola and the Boy next Door by Stephanie Perkins (It's more of a guy and girl used to be best friends, boy moves away and comes back years later and the fall in love (again) story :))

Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally

The Summer Series by Jenny Han - starting with The Summer I Turned Pretty

Take a Bow by Elizabeth Eulberg

Well that's all I can come up with for now - hope some of them are something you could enjoy  :)

Falling for Chloe by Diane Farr....its a  historical romance

Dashing Sylvester "Gil" Gilliland would no more think of ravishing -- much less marrying -- his comely childhood friend Chloe than he would his own sister. But Gil's mother happily sees more to their bond than either yet realizes. And when the two innocents are caught in a deceptively compromising situation, she wastes no time in using it to her advantage -- and theirs....

Soon enough, the pair find themselves no less than engaged -- and no less than panicked at the very idea. But in a case of mother knows best, what seems a tender trap may free two stubborn hearts .

Smile…It confuses people..!!

No Strings Attached by Millie Crisswell

At 31, Samantha Brady, who hears the tick-tock of her biological clock, is at loose ends. She has had a string of dead-end jobs while waiting for her book to be published and to settle down with the man of her dreams, her roommate, Jack Turner. But they are reluctant to jeopardize their friendship with a romantic entanglement. Jack has been Samantha's friend since childhood, and it seemed only natural for her to share his apartment when she moved to New York City. He has avoided long-term involvements and considers himself a permanent bachelor because of his difficult childhood, so his companionable relationship with Samantha always worked well--until they spend the night in a motel room. Alcohol and an unwise game of spin the bottle turn into one glorious night for the roommates, with unforeseen consequences that threaten their friendship. Popular and funny Criswell turns in an enjoyable light romance.

Its really good. :)

If you read classics...don't forget Emma by Jane Austen!
