Young Adult Novels
« on: June 07, 2012, 07:49 AM »
Hey... I've been reading some wacky books lately like Catching Jordan, Shut Out and other novels which have the same cliched stories: a girl who falls in love with a guy and later realizes that she loves someone else. CRAP! It's just sooooo cliched....
 >:(

So could anyone plz plz suggest some good romance novels which could be like Shatter Me or Die For Me or The Unbecoming Of Mara Dyer or Jekel Loves Hyde or Jessica's Guide To Dating On The Dark Side...
But preferably no more vampire stuff... Even that is cliched now....
Plz suggest some books which are not based on the cliched path: fall in love then realize you love someone else....

P.S. I hate tragedies so they should be evaded.....

Well, i don't know if you're going to like these, but.. they aren't about vampires and the "fall in love then realize you love someone else..."  xD

it's good.

It is amazing! There's even a sequel, which is just as amazing.

I'd recommend If I Stay and its sequel Where She Went by Gayle Forman and anything by John Green and Jennifer Echols.

Memoirs of A Teenage Amnesiac by Gabrielle Zevin

and anything by John Green

And you might try David Levithan's Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist  ;D

Wrath to Butch: That's you. You shall be called the Black Dagger warrior Dhestroyer....
Rhage: But you'll always be Butch to us, as well as hard-ass. Smart-ass. Royal pain in the ass... I think as long as there's an ASS in there, it'll be accurate.
Zhadist: How about bASStard?

^LOL :P
