Your Favorite Fictional Rediculously Hot Guys
« on: September 18, 2011, 09:55 AM »
So I am sure there are TONS of fictional hot guys you absolutely love. Some might be badboys and some sweet and cheesy ;) No matter who, do share with us about some of them, may be others who didn't get a chance to read about them yet, will get to know.

Rules Of Thread: Please don't make requests for books here, use request board for it and any requests will be removed without notice. That's it, that's the only rule.

Enjoy :)

Believe it or not I have never read the Psy/Changling or any from Nalini Singh. I have downloaded the first book in each series though and plan on getting to them after I devour all my others...lol Are they very good books?

Absolutely! I loved the Psy-Changeling series (more than Guild Hunter) and read them all more than once (even the deleted scenes and short stories in between). As for the HOT guys: Lucas, Vaughn, Judd and Hawke, oh my!

Midnight series heroes from Lara Adrian Midnight series, I just love what she does with those men when they find their mate, its something else.
I love Lauren Dane heroes all of them really, they are hard soft human and some of them have these awesome tattoos.

Cherise Sinclair Master of the Shadowland Series and Man of the Mountain series, these are dark intense heroes.
Marilyn Lee Her vampire and shifter heroes are so hot I drool and here Native American Heroes are to die for. Yeah I could go own, I am so happy I have my real life hero at home, I can admire these, but I live with one everyday. Hugs

I agree on the guys previously mentioned (Travis, Jace, etc. etc.), I guess having a streak of bad really does wonders on hotness levels right?

On the non-paranormal side, I'd also consider the McGowan Boys from Kate Brians "Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys", Etienne St. Clair from AFK, Fuentes brothers from Simon Elkeles novels, and the Bridgertons from Julia Quinn's historical romances.

Don't recall that being said about Barron's in the books but I have no doubt that would be the case...lol..those books are amazing I loved them all I was waiting in the parking lot at the book store for it to open to get the last book. Have fun meeting him when you get to reading it :)

Ok Ladies, I can't believe I had a brain fart and forgot Jack(aka Casanova, Connor, Carlos, Ian and all the other yummies from Kerrelyn Sparks Love at Stakes series! There is something about a man in a Kilt that just does it for me, and for him to be a  warrior too...*sighs*... All the kilted men of that series constant saying  seems to be " It's no a purse, it's a sporran!"...hehehe Also, speaking of Barrons, has anyone seen on GR the book that is from Barrons perspective not sure what period it is from since I have not read it. But if anyone has it please post it somewhere! I would like to check it out. JZB Sex Scene is what GR's has it titled.

There's no such book from Barron's POV......it is like an addition to the first book of the Fever series......
It's just a scene.....A very HOT scene...... ;) :D you can check it out, here's the link :-

OOOOOOHHHHH thank you!!!  I had not read that, now I want to read them all again.  Did you see where she's writing two more books about Mac and Barrons, and 3 about Dani that will feature Christopher and others? It's posted in her facebook notes and on her message board. I can't wait.  I need her to post the dates so I know exactly how long I have to wait.

@shreyam_sl: Thank You!! I just figured maybe it was from his pov. I wish she would write something like that. It is hard sometimes to wonder what is going on in his mind..oh well, just makes him all the more mysterious and hot..lol! Thanks so much for the link, I am going to get right on that now :)

Later Added: On her site she refers to it as being from his POV...?

Quote by Karen Marie Moning from her web page on JZB sex scene: "I tried to write four different sex scenes from Barrons POV. While each one was…interesting, the only one I was able to complete is the one that follows. And when I wrote the final words, I cringed. I sat on it for a few days and thought about it.

This morning, near dawn, drifting in that perfect place between sleep and waking where I’d prefer to live, when the body is rousing but not the brain, or morality or responsibility, and I feel as beyond law as Barrons, I heard him growl You crazy-ass writer, you asked.  I gave. You judge? Use it. Or. Never. Talk. To. Me. Again."

Yeah, I think that is why I love her and J.R. Ward so much, they really get into their characters and that makes for a wonderful story! Not many authors "live" with their characters or do the type of interviews with their characters as they do...I enjoy it! ;)

Me too.... :) but the thing with J R Ward is that she can't keep up with the momentum....the Brotherhood series was my favourite, but look what she did with her last story....i got so bored at one point of time, thought of not finishing it....  :(
Because of this last story i just can't make myself read her "Fallen Angels" series.... :'( hey...have you read them???how are they??

I absolutly agree with you about the last BDB book. But you should try the Fallen Angels see if you like it. I read the first one, it was not as good for me as the brothers but I'm going to read the others too.

And on the topic of favorite fictional rediculously hot guys ... the one and only Ethan Sullivan from Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neill
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!

I've loved Karen Marie Moning's books since Adam first came around! Barrons is very hot, but this list wouldn't be complete without ROARKE from J.D. Robb's (Nora Roberts) In Death series! He is beautiful! And Irish...And a reformed criminal...And rich...And takes care of his woman...And smart...And.....(sigh), yea he does it for me...;-)

Just finished Fifty Shades of Grey and Fifty Shades Darker. (plus MOTU I and II)

Now, Christian Grey jumps to the top of my list.

I like Jace as much as the next girl, but I think Ash the Winter Prince definitely takes the prize for my favorite boy.  Love, love, LOVE him!!!  As for the trilogy issue, I read that she originally planned for it to be a trilogy, (in which they would have gotten their happy ending,) but she wanted to get inside Ash's head and tell his story for a change, so she wrote the 4th book.

Also love Raphael from Guild Hunter.  But I gotta say I was really disappointed that the latest book was a Dmitri story.  I never really liked him.  Where is my Bluebell book!?  Dmitri is by far my least favorite of the archangel's seven.  I love me some Illium!!

I loved Guild Hunter so much that I had really high hopes for the Psy-Changeling series, but I've been stuck on book two for a while now, and I'm having trouble pushing myself through more than half of it.  I just can't get into it.  Does the series get better after #2?

I kinda liked the kitsune from Dark Swan, up until book 3.  Now I thoroughly hate all of her love interests, to the point where I don't think I can continue with the series.

Some of my favorites that I think have been so far neglected in these threads:
Owen Elemental Assassin
Ethan from Faeriewalker
Will from Firelight
Seth from Georgina Kincaid
Aden from Intertwined
Jack from My Blood Approves
Lend from Paranormalcy
Vincent from Revenants
Po from The Seven Kingdoms Trilogy
Logan from Shade
Lucas from Starcrossed
Philip from Timeless
Cam from Unbound
Christian from Unearthly (I don't like Tucker at all!)
Ethan from Eternal Ones
Aiden from Covenant

And I'm especially shocked that no one has mentioned Cuffs Alister yet!  Bad boy with a heart of gold.  LOVE the Seven Realms series!

On a sidenote, can I just say how I hate it when these books have amazing boys, but the female leads are whiny, prissy losers, (ex: The Immortals, etc.)? It makes me sad that these stupid, wimpy, ditzy girls end up with these dreamboats.  Just like real life, ha! ;)

I'm gonna go with the demon Japhrimel from the Dante Valentine series by Lilith Saintcrow.
Oooh, Japh! I forgot about him! Good choice, ereaderuser. :D
