I want to recommend two fabulous stories I read last month:

Chance Encounter by Besotted:  Edward is a famous actor and Bella is a cellist studying at Juilliard.  They fall madly in love with each other but Bella has a lot of mental issues to deal with before they can have their HEA.  Edward's character is fabulous; he is completely and utterly devoted to Bella throughout the story but expect loads off drama and angst.  The author does a great job of getting into her character's heads and the reader really gets to know them intimately. 

Fuggiasco by kdc2239:  "Edward, homeless since age twelve is used to the gritty, hard life. Now twenty, his main goal is to make it in the world, and off the streets. What happens when a girl who seems to be broken beyond repair becomes his new shadow?"
Edward and Bella are completely devoted to each other, but it's a very beautiful but sad and difficult story (there's a HEA:).

That's a great list. I've found a lot of great stories off of it that I may have never found without it. It's sad how many have been pulled that are on it. I'm thankful that so many have been saved and shared.

I was wondering if you remember a story that I have been trying to find.  I can't remember the name but it is about Edward being in recovery from cancer.  He eats lime jello and soup all the time. 

Bella moves with her dad because she had assisted in killing her grandma, who was dying from cancer.  She and Edward become friends. 

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
