So pulled out my City of Bones book with the intention of starting this series, but I am not sure I can pull myself away from the fanfiction. What the hell is wrong with me? I was all eager to read it after watching the Netflix original season one based on this, and now all I can think about it what good EXB story can I read next?!

I have so few limits for what I like to read - I like human to vamp to alien, angel, witch; Amish to mafioso; chaste Cannabean to D/s; historic to futuristic - that I felt like I needed to share because I was shocked. Yes, waste management is a HARD LIMIT for me. Role play & dress up is one thing but used diapers!? *ick*The closest I had come to finding something truly objectionable was Unexpected by Twilightaddict2007, but I stuck with it because the author wasn't glorifying the situation. (Though I wouldn't have minded heavier/deeper consciences for everyone involved in that story. Reminded me of the Woody Allen / Soon-Yi Previn arrangement and that is all kinds of NO to me.)But, to each her own I guess.

It still works with FFnet, but they're always missing the juicy stories. Or the juiciest bits from certain stories.
Does anyone know how the ad revenue works for PTS? Does it help if you refresh the page or do you have to click on an ad? If you have to click on an ad, do you have to click something there too, or can you just close the page once it's loaded? I try to click open at least 10 ads a day, but it just occurred to me that maybe refreshing the PTS page is enough. Or maybe opening the ad doesn't provide revenue unless you jump further into their site...Anyone know? I'm unemployed right now, but would like to help out even if it's just clicking open a bunch of ads. However measly that contribution is. Thx!Oh, and does the placement of the ad matter? Like the banner at the bottom versus the square one near the first post?
You can print to pdf on TWCS. There is a little printer icon under the title on the chapter list page that allows you to do that. Hopefully my Google drive will be all synced up today. I was in a class all week and didn't bring my computer. So, though I think everything is there, it may not have synced up yet.
As far as I know Ficsave has only exclusively been for FF.net. But I'm totally with you hun, it's really annoying about missing out on the juiciest parts of the story because FFN won't allow them parts to be posted.
I have been helping on the beta testing of the new flag and it is getting closer to public roll out I think, so if you are wanting epub from TWCS, it will soon be possible (well it is possible now if you want to join the beta testing)

Okay taking a FF break and rereading Alyssa Day's Atlantis Rising. Love this series. Yeah, I successfully printed the story to PDF and then converted to epub. It came out a little wonky, so I stuck with the PDF. All cool though. (And your Google drive is still my temple. ) I wish FFnet hadn't been evangelized. All those lost fics and then the writers who left. Argh.This must have been my first try with TWCS. Life goes on .. one day at a time.. Last Saturday saw a lot of relatives, which I have not seen for a very long time.This week, my little sister was a telltale. It is sad that the best thing about a funeral is you get to see family and friends you don't normally see. Summer gets too hot where I live, unfortunately. It's been up around 110 F. Don't go out much. Happy Birthday a few days late.
