I love AHS, though the last season I didn't watch it as religiously as I normally do as I felt it was lacking slightly.

Every time I watch AHS, I wanna crawl into Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's heads as they definitely go from one extreme (Glee) to another (AHS) and I love both of these shows.  :DAmerican Horror Story.
Probably the only TV show that does properly freak me out times and one of the reasons why I watch/love it.

So I can gather it's set in Chateau Marmont, a hotel which has all kinds of supernatural things going on in it. 
I've got quite high expectations for it as the cast is even better than some of the past seasons and that's saying a lot considering some of the peeps that have starred in AHS.

Taking what he wants by Silverblossom is pretty good.

We were just on a haunted Hollywood tour last night and there was quite a bit of talk about American Horror Show.  I haven't seen it so have no knowledge or opinion.  We did see the house where the murder from the first season took place.  We also drove through Chateau Marmont, past the bungalow where John Belushi died.  The gate was open and our guide said he'd never seen the gate open.  Lindsay Lohan is apparently banned from the hotel because she ran up a $45,000 bill and refused to pay it.

I would say the haunted Hollywood tour was part celebrity house tour and partially the equivalent of sitting around a campfire telling ghost stories.  Our tour guide did have a flare for the dramatic. 

We're on the train going to San Luis Obispo.  Tomorrow, we tour the Hearst Castle in San Simeon, where my feet will be worn down to nubs.

So, since so many of you enjoy Amercican Horror Story I gave it a try. This is so not for me. In the pilot, the first three characters are so creepy looking. Horror, not my genre.

I'm with you on the horror. I either find it hilarious or disgusting. Depending on the amount of blood and body parts.  Not really my thing. 

Halfway through the second day.  It has not been fun. At least the parking is free. Yeah. That's about the only good thing so far. No close eating places. Fortunately, today is the easy day for me. Two 100 question multiple guess tests.  I usually do okay on them and always finish early. I might actually get back to my parents by 6 instead of 7.  The traffic is horrendous compared to what I'm used to.

Sigh. Friday and Saturday will be spent reading and relaxing. So looking forward to that. 

1. Can someone recommend an Edward/Bella fanfic where Bella make a lot of the decision making in the relationship or rather bella has more control? I still want her to be Bella. I don't want any cocky Edward, cocky Bella, or belligerent sexual tension in the recs. Bella shouldn't be sassy. She should be firm and confident or on her way to confidence.
2. Can someone rec something where its Edward/Bella, but Bella has female friendship with someone is extremely important to her character or the plot?
3. Can someone rec something Jasper-centric and lengthy and entirely in his point of view? The pairing doesn't concern me.
4. Bella interacts with cullens or the pack and grows closer with them recs. She starts of a stranger or close to it, but they end up really really close. Romance isn't the main focus.
5. hurt/comfort or angst where Bella is the more traumatized one in the relationship
6. Edward has dramatic character development. We see him grow and most of it is due to Bella's influence.
7. Bella has dramatic character development. We see her grow and most of it is due to Edward's influence.

HBO chief: 'Game of Thrones' could wrap after 3 more seasons

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) — "Game of Thrones" fans, brace yourselves: The fantasy saga's end is perhaps just a few years away.

HBO programming chief Michael Lombardo said Thursday that the drama series' producers are leaning toward three more seasons after the just-concluded season five.

"I'm always hoping they're going to change their minds, but I think that's what we're looking at right now," Lombardo told a Television Critics Association meeting.

Asked about the possibility of a prequel series, Lombardo said he believed there's "enormous story material" to be mined for such a project. But the focus now of showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss is season six of "Game of Thrones," he said, which is in production now for 2016.

The series came under fire this year for a rape scene involving a bride's assault by her husband on their wedding night.

Lombardo, noting that the drama has included violence as a thread since it started, said the producers are careful about not overstepping boundaries while remaining true to the storytelling.

"I support them fully artistically," he said.

Voters in the TV academy weren't swayed by the controversy, making "Game of Thrones" the most-nominated series last month. It received 24 nods for the September awards, including best drama series.

Lombardo was asked if the popular character of Jon Snow, who appeared to die last season, was actually a goner.

"Dead is dead is dead," said Lombardo, adding, "Everything I've seen, heard and read," Snow is dead.
