I think I just screamed loud enough that peeps in Scotland could hear me when I realised that Delinquents was finally live.Amazon UK is being a pain in the a$$ as it's still not live on there yet, though it is on their other sites so me being impatient decided to buy it from Kobo. It's safe for you to start it now Mrs F.
At least you're a fast reader which makes your suffering minimal. I've still not got around to book 3 yet as like Kim I was happy with the ending of book 2 but I've gotta start it at some point or otherwise it'll drive me nuts. So you'll have to let us know if it really adds anything to the series.
Yeah!!!!!!! I'm starting it after I finish this Beauty series!!! Which reminds me...Book 3 but I've yet to discover why John Henry behaved the way he did? I thought he was meant to be 'damaged'? Did I get it wrong?
OK, so book 3 is literally white noise, its a 'nothing' book. Contrived angst, (Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents., empty plot points (Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.and both characters are now just annoying, JH has turned into such a needy f*ck it's a huge turn off and way, way, way, way too many lemons. I'd go so far as to say that every sentence wrote that is not a lemon is written to lead the reader from one lemon to another. 2** ( and I'm being generous)
Think he had trust issues rather than being damaged, but it's been ages since I've read it.I'm thinking I might try and leave it as a 2 books series then if I can make myself do that.As it sounds like book 3 was just a whole waste of time. At least you can start Dusty now, I still can't believe you managed to hold out until now. Also Amazon really sucks as it's still not live in the UK, if I couldn't of gotten it on Kobo earlier I definitely would've used one of my other Amazon accounts. Kim do remember when King called it Dizzy? We had a great laugh at her expense about that, well I've been winding her up again about it as she was asking about Dusty
I JUST READ A MILLS AND BOON!!!! Sorry for my over-reaction, it's just the weirdest thing....I was scrolling through Amazon and it was free, I read the premise, a click and a skip and the next thing I know.... It took half and hour, at most, but bloody hell it was like a step back in time! I haven't read a M&B since I was about 10 years old! It took me right back; such simple pleasures.... Right! Now back to 2014 and Dusty here I come....
Ok. All those who have or are reading the published version of Dusty; did you have to forcibly stop yourself from having the FF version sitting beside you to compare word for word? Or is that just my crazy? And I'll say, for the record, that I'm not too fond of Bella and Edward's new names...in fact I'm hating everyone's new name.
I felt that way about 50 Shades.
I couldn't stop myself so every few chapters or so I would check the FF version to compare. I'm with you as well hun, not to keen on what peeps are named in the books but I can forgive that just because my love of Dusty lets me. I actually just finished re-reading MoTU just before I read I read FSoG and I felt like I was just re-reading the MoTU all over again apart from the names being changed.
I've heard the same thing from a lot of people. I haven't read FSoG yet... And not sure I'm going to. It'll always be Edward & Bella.
She switched a few things up besides the names. Esme um well Mrs. Grey was was Dr Grey who rescued Christian. And Ana worked in a hardware store instead of a sporting goods store. But really? Loopy is right. And MoTU was so much better.
Hmmm i have not read FSoG or MoTU yet
Really?!?! Just because you haven't gotten around to it... Or not really interested?
Keep forgetting it is on my TBR list. Should I really move it up?
Its probably in my top 3 fics... So my response is - Hell ya!
