Forgive me if this has been brought up already... but, is anyone else having issues with Calibre downloading/updating fics from TWCS? I had set up my password and username a long time ago and never had issues with Calibre updating my fics from TWCS. But since they did whatever they did over at TWCS the last couple of days, now Calibre keeps asking for my user name and password for each and every fic I have in my WIP library when I run my updates. How can I stop this? TIA
LOL Do you mean you think I'm hinting at wanting to know how the published version ends? I don't! I want to be surprised. ;-)
You need to change the URL in the personal.ini file to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
No, I'm just confused; if you hadn't posted your 'One more thing' post no one would have even thought of telling you how the published version ended? I'm over it, I've done all my whining to YG (poor woman), the two of us are on the same page, so I feel better about it now.
I don't know about anyone else, but doing this didn't fix it for me. Now it says that it isn't a valid URL.
Sorry about that, they actually fixed the FFDL but it hasn't yet loaded to Calibre. I've attached the latest one that does fix the problem. However, double check your password works. I had to reset mine. It didn't like my password when I typed it in. It could just be me But I fixed my password, put this in the plugins and everything is working great. Sorry about the earlier misinformation. I was at work and wasn't able to check to see if the downloader updated in Calibre. So I assumed it had. Plugins are located (normally) in c:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Calibre\Plugins. Copy the zip file as is. Calibre only sees zip files as plugins. You may need to change the file view to see hidden files to see AppDataAnd you do need to change the website URL in the personal.ini.

Hi, I am looking for a fanfic that I can't remember the name of where Bella is investigating a murder and Edward is a senator and it turns out later on in the story that he faked his death and is related to the Cullen family who are a crime family. Edward tries to stop her from investigating this murder. I'm not sure if it was pulled or not but it was recent when I last read it.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just finished this début novel by Flynn, it is one creepy tale, let me tell you. Even the heroine is distasteful in the most part, I felt sorry for her but I didn't like her at all!! But it is all fantastically written, the woman is really talented...If you like creepy thrillers in the vein of early Stephen King then this novel might right up your street.
does this mean you're reading SLP next? ;-)
