Damn! I've read this, quite a while back, and can't recall much. All i know is i labeled it as Pediaward.
Downloaded it again from Ella's google drive and started reading the first 2 chapters. Was hooked again. I recall this was good and HEA for ExB or otherwise I wouldn't have read it.  :)

Am in the middle of Fatal Scandal by Marie Force. Will continue rereading Deviant after finishing that.  :)

Ella, pretty please, hope you can upload the latest Deviant version which has the latest chapter in your google drive  ^-^ :-* Thanks!
The one you downloaded should have it.  It was just the last chapter. I did it at the same time I downloaded "Even In Death" by drotuno - which was a really great story.  Vampella as you can probably guess.  But I won't say too much.  Except Steve is great.  Okay, not as good as Rainbow, but pretty great nonetheless.  :D

I need to finish reading Bellaria, but I may try out Deviant first.  He is a pediatrician and biker, if I am not mistaken.  Bella works at her brother's bar, but I don't remember much more.  I only read the first chapter the last time before I got sucked into something else and forgot to go back.

Hi everyone. My heart is hurting and I had to share this with you all. My son overdosed and didn't make it. Please don't let drugs wreck your family and steal the ones you love.  He only just turned 28 and should still be here.
I am so sorry for your loss.  That is just way too young to go.

Okay,

I haven't posted here, but I've loved looking at recommendations and conversations... and of course finding fic that I had long forgotten about.

Anyhow, I am in desperate need of something to read.

Preg!fic is my guilty pleasure, but I really don't think there are any good ones out there that I haven't read. I mean... good stuff. I think I've read or reread every one over the past 2 weeks and I'm still jonesing for more.

Most preg!fics are sappy, stupid, annoying, or make me want to stab things. Especially when Edward is a jerk and then has a complete 180 in 2 seconds flat for absolutely no reason. I also have a tendency to completely abandon reading or skim when it gets boring (I have no desire to read a day-to-day account), repetitive, or just goes on for too dang long.

Please E/B pairing, HEA, and complete fics only. Thanks!!!!

In thanks for leading me to something new (if you can) I'm giving the list of fics I've just finished recently... though I'm waffling on listing the ones I couldn't completely finish for one reason or another. I'll just mark those with an *... and no, I don't like Under the Apple Tree, even though I haven't read it in years.

There were a couple of others that I read, but I either didn't label them as preg!fic in Calibre or I read them on ffnet.

Anyhow if you have any other recs, I would appreciate them!!!!
Thanks!
I think you have all the ones I would rec.  If I think of any others I will let you know.  Do they have to have pregnancy as a main theme or  can it be something that happens halfway through the story?

I didn't watch the interview, but the story showed up on the main page of reddit, so my husband told me about it, and I am still trying to decide how much and what parts of the story are true after reading his statements that he was only trying to be funny.

I don't normally watch talk shows so I just YouTubed it. He looks good. Yeah, not sure about that story about the sub. And I can see a bunch of high school students locking the sub in the closet. But it could have been made up as well. He has done that before - made up stories to try to be funny but they don't go over too well.  Ah well.

Hmm, the interview I saw had him talking about a scene in his upcoming movie with a dog that is a little disturbing, that he has since said he was just trying to be funny, but I'm still not sure what parts of it, if any are true - like is that actually a scene in the movie or was the whole thing made up?

Yeah, I didn't believe any of it. Apparently the thing about the dog is a lie, PETA gave thanks to Rob for refusing to do that and said that they would investigate, but somebody from the movie (director) I think tweeted that it was a lie. He did look good but Jeez he needs to talk about something else, I cringed the whole time.

I've not seen the interview, but now I've got to go find it.

Anyone into the Black Dagger series by JR Ward? It's got rave reviews from most people and I'm gonna give in a whirl. I love her Bourbon King series.

Hope y'all have a great week. It's raining here in Ga, but still beautiful.

I just don't understand why he would even joke about it, but I guess it is getting publicity for the movie, and don't they say that any publicity is good publicity.

I have no interest in seeing his movie but they say it's really good, like oscar's good and he got a standing ovation so I don't see why they would need publicity with this. It's nasty, on the other hand he's on Colbert tonight so I'm gonna see how bad it is. I hate it but can't stay away.

First four or five BDB books are awesomesauce, some of the best I've read in the genre. But then they kind of went off the rails. Some later books were better than others, but I finally gave up after the supposed "m/m" book was barely m/m. I only read that far to see their story and felt ripped off. I also hate Wards opinion on fanfic- she hates it and regularly has it removed from various sites.

I keep meaning to read the BDB books as my MIL loves them (so much so that she named her two dogs Zsadist and Rhage  ;D), but I've never got around to it. I have them on audio so I think I might listen to them instead of read them as there's so many and I know that JR Ward did a spin off series, so reading them is out the question as it would take me the rest of the year I'm sure.  :D :D

I bought the set of 6 books, I think. I mean I think it was the first 6. They were on sale a few years ago.  Yeah,  that's the last time I looked at them.

I do that way too often. Though I admit I did that with Twilight when it first came out. Didn't read it until they started talking about the movie on Twitter and I realized I owned the book.

I guess I should try it since I started reading real books again.  :D :D :D

Any chance you will post the matching authors for your list? Are all of these with a pregnant Bella?

I kinda love pregnant Bella fics. Though most of them make me cringe at some point or another (I'm an OB nurse and people rarely get it right, hell I can't even get it right, it makes the story not flow quite right but seriously, babies are not put under phototherapy for jaundice 2 hours after being born and APGAR scores are not vital to anything except in the first few minutes after delivery.) The fics I don't finish are usually because they go on way too long, go into too much detail about day-to-day, hour-by-hour life, and have drama for the sake of drama...or fluff for the sake of fluff, and some of them just...ugh...couldn't read 'em. But when it comes to a preg!fic, I will give most anything a shot. Someone else asked if Bella pregnant halfway through was okay and it is. I like that too, but I have a tendancy to prefer it being the major plotline.

Anyhow, since you asked, here is my list with authors...I went and scrounged up others that I've read in the past, just not recently. Some of these I haven't read in years and some are just plain awful, but I still can't seem to let them go. I have most of them saved if they're missing.

Grad Night by RobzBeanie
Taking Your Own Advice by xvampiree
Blood Lines by windchymes  (vampire fic)
Lost and Gained by RideTheGlitterDick
blossom by ms-ambrosia (the E/B part of the story happens after the baby is born, so meh...prolly doesn't count.)
Unplanned Perfection by littlecat358
The Procrustean Bed by gemini13me
Morning Star by consultant by day  (vampire fic)
3, 2, 1 by heather dawn
The Five Mistakes I Made That Led Me to You by Catastrophia
Shades of Green by appletreesfall
What Happens in Vegas Doesn't Always Stay There by Weekittyandtat
The Nightmare Before Christmas by lyricalkris
Master Race by Babette12 (vampire fic)
Parenthetical Love by lyricalkris
My Biggest Mistake, My Greatest Salvation by lyricalkris
Call Me Home by lyricalkris
Do the Right Thing by lyricalkris
Complicated by lyricalkris (this is the only one that the main focus isn't pregnancy, it's more of an aftermath story)
Two Blue Lines by Payton79
Hand Me Down by Hope4More
A Smattering of Rouge by RainyGirl1978
Ready For Love? by LadyExcalibur2010
You and Me and Baby Make Three by Sarah89
River Dam by Jandco & Jennyfly
Coming to Terms by GinnyW31

And there are a couple I'm trying to remember. None I'm dying to reread, unfortunately. One, was that B&E were doing a married/sex ed project at school. The first fic ends before she has the baby, I think. The second one goes on for forever and a day as they go to college and struggle to stay together. The angst went on longer than I like. I like some angst, but I don't like it dragging on for forever and a day. Same with Under the Apple Tree... just ick for much of it, plus the author's drama and rudeness made me not even want to look at it again. There's another fic that's a sequel to a sweet little romance where B/E have a baby, but she loses it at 24wks...and it was gutwrenching. I've witnessed that in real life, don't want to read it in fic.

P.S. the GQ interview is one strange read, but worth it when I found the strangest video at the end in which Rob leaves his hotel to get a hot dog. ;)

I made it up to book 4. They were all just ok. I recall a convo here that the rest of the series  doesn't get better.
i've not really had the urge to continue yet.

There are series i deliberately delay continuing as i reserve them for when i want to read a really good book or wait for the final book to be released.  This isn't one of them.  :(

I read the first 6 and most of 7, I like the third book (and a later published novella continuing it) best, I also like the first book.  It just started to get to be too much and and I didn't finish the seventh book.

They started off strong and since I tend to be loyal to characters, her style of each book being focused on a different character caused me to lose interest.
