US v UK eBooks

.....  What is the difference?
Is there a difference apart from maybe release date!!!

I think it depends on the book? I know the American versions of the Harry Potter books had minor changes, like jumper/sweater, and Philosopher's Stone/Sorcerer's Stone, things like that. But I think generally, it's just little things like that, or nothing at all but the cover.

For me there is no major difference between both version other than the cover. Even if there is a different in words due to UK/US language, it should be fine as long as the definition is the same.
