Author Topic: Brand new - please be patient with my sure-to-happen mistakes :)  (Read 833 times)

Hi all!
Delighted to find this site and hope to be a help and not a headache.  I'm still fairly new to the whole scene, so I may have some seemingly dumb questions occasionally - I'll always try to be polite and appreciative, though.  That should count for something, right?  :)
One of the first things I'm going to do is say thanks to the folks who put in the work on the sites guidelines and FAQ's, etc.  There was no thank you button, but there should be one.  Those posts were very helpful and clear.
Now.  Off to see if anyone can help me find the name of a story I read long ago.
Thank you,
Ging

Welcome and don't worry about mistakes.  I've been chased down by other Mods for mine and I admit, I've done some chasing down and saying "Now stop that" too.  :D  We all make mistakes, it is called being human.

If you run into something you don't understand give us a yell.  We are here to help.  ;)

The great thing is everyone is patient, friendly and most of the Mods or very active folks must all have a secret desire to be teachers  :D because I learn everytime I am on here and am no where near being proficient.  Take advantage of all the helpful links and just sit back and relax as you peruse!  One minute turns into hours before you know it.
