Hi everyone!!

I've been a member here for a bit but have yet to post anything. Terrible, I know!! I've been busy searching through your archive of fanfic....HOLY COW! It's like fanfiction heaven around here

So, my username is boogrl23 but you can call me Kaya if you're so inclined

I love to read and recently my husband bought me a Kindle paper white, which I'm still trying to learn how to use. I think I've pretty much got Calibre figured out....or maybe not

Anyways, love this site and I look forward to meeting some fellow readers

I do have a little issue

I downloaded EP from here You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

and I don't know what is wrong with it but the format is terrible on my Kindle!! Instead of formatting into paragraphs like a normal story, it's formatted in 2 line paragraphs

Talk about hard to read!!!! Maybe I did something wrong in Calibre?? The format says EPUB and PDF in Calibre. And every time I try to convert it to MOBI it takes so long (probably because it says it's 8.8MB) that I've left it to work overnight and it still hasn't finished converting! I don't know but I would love to finish this story!! I started it as a WIP and flounced because of updating taking sooooo long!!

Any help would be awesome

pdf to epub or anything is TERRIBLE! You can try what they suggest You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or what I do is click on convert books in calibre, then on the heuristic processing button. From there check enable heuristic processing, unclick everything else EXCEPT for unwrap lines (set that # to 15-20) and delete blank lines between paragraphs. Then click ok. It wont make the book perfect but it will be readable.
