Hello everyone,

My name is Sasha and I'm french. I just love reading, and about almost anything. It goes from suspense to fantasy to romance to antic plays to mangas to....... Just no biographies, no politics and no sports. Anything else goes !

I'm sure I'm gonna be reaaaaaally happy here.

Thank you to all the people that put that site together and to all the ones that make it work.

Hi Sasha,
Welcome to the STP community!

Nice to meet you! I'm American and basically will read anything including food labels lol. I hope you are happy here! When you get a moment please read the following threads & hints that have been put together for all members:

Some tricks for searching: Use either the book, series or author and change it to "entire forum". To bring up Advanced Search enter just 1 letter. Also putting "quotation marks" around the name, author or series will help narrow the search as well. Searching is tricky but do your best. Everyone here is very nice as I'm sure you'll find out.

Do you see a thread you want to follow? Use the notify button. It will email you when something is posted in that thread!

Downloading a book? Please take a moment to click the Thank You button. It's the least you can do for the kind person who took the time & spent their money to upload it. :)

If you don't remember who to contact and you would like to get our attention, just start a post "Requesting Mr. Admin/Mod Help Please" and one of us will be along shortly.:D

I used to read food labels as well......

They aren't too bad the 1st or 2nd time. It's all the times after that! Now I have books in every room. Makes my hubby nuts that I can remember what's going on after days of not looking at one. I've never told him they are re-reads!

Have you ever noticed how they can keep you warm in winter ? I have wallpapered Two rooms in my appartement, my bedroom at my dad's and a part of his garage, and a friend's attics in Ireland (too expensive to bring them back on the plane with me ^^. My family is so glad that I can read ebooks now !
Reread is only when I don't like them and have nothing else to read. Otherwise it's a bit more...     8)
No hubby to complain, and my cat don't care. I am the one that complains when I move the books around and found dried lizards !   ;D

What's good about label products is that I used to compare the french and english versions, and tried to learn a few german and italian words. Reading them again and again and again, then kind of stick into your mind... But I never could get the hang of the greek part !!!!
That's Europe !

;D  Thank you Rotty and Drypen for noticing something like that.
I just think it's a normal thing to do. After all, people did put a effort into uploading books for everyone...
