Hi

I am not a good computer user, any help on some questions. What is e-pub and what is mobi. I can only download pdf. I have a gobii e-reader, but I don't know if it will read the e-pub books, there are so many that I would like but not in pdf format.

Hi. I'm also new here but I guess I can give you advice. I used to read from my computer since every book's free here. In my computer, I can only use PDF format but I also have a Kindle and I think MOBI works best there so...MOBI doesn't run on most computers. I don't use epub since it doesn't work in neither. I hope this helps, coz I need some help too.  :)

Hi mwall,
Welcome to the STP community!

Nice to meet you! I was going to move you to the question section but looks like you're good now! We have a lot of friendly, helpful members as you can see.  :D
Please read the following threads & hints. This works for all members but should help with with the basics:

Some tricks for searching: Use either the book, series or author. To bring up Advanced Search enter just 1 letter. Also putting "quotation marks" around the name, author or series will help narrow the search as well. Searching is tricky but do your best.

Do you see a thread you want to follow? Use the notify button. It will email you when something is posted in that thread!

Downloading a book? Please take a moment to click the Thank You button. It's the least you can do for the kind person who took the time & spent their money to upload it. :)

If you don't remember who to contact and you would like to get our attention, just start a post "Requesting Mr. Admin/Mod Help Please" and one of us will be along shortly.:D
