Let me suggest some alternative self-help fixes.  First, try logging out of PTS and logging back in.  If that doesn't fix the problem, then reboot your computer and log back in to PTS.

Or use the search box in the upper right hand of your screen, using the search term Texasbella.  You want the link that starts with UL.
