My name is Rich Gibson.  I'm twice retired and enjoy reading.  It's been a slow transition from paper to eBooks but I finally made it after switching from the iPAD to the Android Samsung Galaxy Tablet.  Being retired I have more spare time and the wife and I travel.  Rather than take books along it's become easier to load them up on the tablet and go.  I have a Galaxy S3 smartphone as well with a 64gb microSD card so I load up all the devices with the same documents.  I've also found that I can buy used copies of interesting books and scan them with a Fujitsu sheet-fed scanner and move them to pdf, then mobi documents.  I look forward to picking up tips and help.
