IMPORTANCE OF EFFECTIVE BRAND BUILDING AND SEGMENTATION WITH RESPECT TO ICICI CREDIT CARDS


OBJECTIVES:-

1. To study effective brand building and segmentation with specific reference to ICICI credit cards.
2. The research aims to study its concept of segmentation and brand building.
3. The application of above concepts by ICICI credit cards.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of client concept through primary and secondary research of customers.
