Case on Direct Marketing...

A direct marketing agency has been asked by a client to do a lead generation mailing. The purpose of the mailing will be to offer prospective investors long-term notes at preferred rates. Names and addresses for the mailing will be obtained from three lists: CPAs, real estate developers, and personal investors.
