« on: October 12, 2015, 01:19 AM »
Okay,  who do you think is blasting the horn?
The Son of the Guy Rick Shot?  The idiot Pastor?  Or the Wolves or who ever they are?
I loved the show tonight, so many walkers......

I liked last night's season opener too. I think maybe it's the Wolves. I can't wait for next week's episode. :)

Didn't get to see the show last night,  Had a Shyte of an evening,  First I had to work till way past 6 pm  ( started at 7 am)  and then some jumped up little git, who was too busy looking to see what was going on in a park, didn't[t see we had stopped at lights and drove straight up our ask your mother for sixpence and staved in the back of our brand new car ( and I mean brand new,  we have had it for a month and it had 7 kms on the clock when we purchased it )  All he said t my husband was,  Ooops, my bad, was looking at the people in the park....

Now I am back at work  ( it is 7:30 am here)  and I have left all my work keys at home      I will have to grab a spare key and swipe card,  as I have to catch up on work in the court room and need access,  Had a trial start yesterday, to arraign the defendants, it took me 55 mins to read out all the charges and take their pleas...  I thought I was going to lose my voice.   Still not sure how to pronounce ... Gamma-butyrolactone  though,   I think I said it about 6 different ways,  as the judge said, I am bound to have got it right at least once  ( known as GBL on the street)

oh wow hun, sorry to hear about your crappy day  :'(. It was a good episode, maybe when things settle you can get around to watching it. I truly enjoyed this one, it shouldn't disappoint you at all, I DVR'ed it and will watch it again later. Next week should also be quite good also.

worked through lunch today, and walked out at 1/4 to 5, so all good.   Got a few things done, as actually home just after 5... no traffic,  normally we can be stuck for up to an hour

Watched it, It was brilliant, and all in 55 minutes  ( I think that i what Carol set the timer for)

Next week, of course, all the walkers will be heading towards the town,  unless they can sound a horn and bring them back

Will be interesting to see who is left in the town,  There will be a few vacant signs going up on the houses.  Loved Carol,  you just know she is going to get stuff done, she does not pussy foot aroun, she gets stuck in and does what she has to.  Even Carl is getting better...

Yay! So glad you had a good day :). Didn't you just love how Carol was a total bad- ass and immediately took charge of the situation. That bit to dress up as one of the Wolves was brilliant. The stupid Alexandrians were completely useless, can't shot, can't fight, jeez if Ricks people hadn't been there they would have been completely wiped out. I kinda figured Enid was a Wolf. I hope Carl gets her. Yeah I don't think they will be able to stop the herd before it reaches the town. Guess it's luck has finally run out.

Look at the crappy read I had to do in court yesterday  ( I am court staff, so considered neutral, and have to read any briefs of evidence that are non contentious....

Most of these wirds I can say, but when they are all together in a couple of paragraphs, I become tongue tied and my tongue goes numb.

Chlorpheniramine,   Hydrogen Iodide, Hydriodic Acid,  Hypo-phosphorus Acid, Red phosphorus, Methamphetamine, Pseudoephedrine, 1.3-dimethyl-2-phenylnaphthalene,  1-benzyl-3-methylnaphthalene,  Hyrdrocgloride, Hydrogen chloride gas,  calcium chloride and ephedrine.

I do not have the words... I literally sat in front of my television in TOTAL SHOCK. I went into total denial mode. No they wouldn't... no they didn't... please. I just will not accept they killed Glenn off and like that. Nope I ain't buying it. I REFUSE. My friends and I straight CSI'd the heck outta this episode we watched and watched it over and over again ( after we recovered from our shock) and we don't think he is dead. I know it could be wishful thinking but I think they just got Nicklaus and not Glenn. I just can't see the writers taking out a main character that way. Without any fanfare. Usually when a character is killed off, that episode focuses on them like Tyreese and Bob and Beth. This episode was not about Glenn it was more about the Alexandrians and how inept and totally useless they are. There was no goodbye, nope not buying it. They wouldn't do that to Maggie, would they? Besides, in the after show, The Talking Dead, he was not on the show nor was there an In Memorium to his character. I don't think he's dead but we won't know for sure till next week which is going to be a 90 minute episode. I have never wanted Sunday to get here so fast in my life lol. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

I just sat there going OMG  OMG  OMG,  my husband said, Shit that was a brave decision the writers made,.  and I sat there Going  Nooooooo,     but I guess they did kill him off in the graphic novels very early on,      I hope you are right,  I want Glen to live,  and what about rick,   was that a cut or a bite,  Hubby  thought it was a bite, then we decided it had to be a knife wound or he would have slashed his hand off.  and did he shut the damned door to the RV?   And will the RV be tipped over?  I think they should release all the series in one go, so we can camp in front of the tv and watch a marathon of it,  I hate waiting
Between this series, and the Rugby World cup   I have no nails left,

Oh, and cyber hugs from me.   Mind you I need the hugs because of the Rugby world cup; more,    I can barely breathe I am so wound up over that....  Last game next weekend, the  New Zealand All Blacks against Arch Rivals Australia.  Watch it if you get the chance,  If you know anything about rugby, you know how fast and brutal it can be,  No helmets and no padding.  just total male on male physicality ,  and the fact that New Zealand has the hottest captain around  ( well, I think so, )  Richie McCaw  ( google him)   and he is probably playing his last test match ever number 148  ( a test match is country against country)   he has the world record for that  ( we call it caps)

LOL. I once dated a Rugby player... I didn't learn a thing about the sport but I loved going to his matches and watching him play  ;D. Yes Rick did cut his hand while stabbing the walkers, so no bite. But he does look awfully pale. Yeah I too noticed he didn't close the RV door. All those walkers surrounding the RV made me nervous. My boyfriend said that maybe Nicolaus was hallucinating and didn't kill himself thus not killing Glenn and they are still standing on top of the dumpster waiting to be saved. I know we are just grasping at straws, but I just can't accept they would kill him off that way with no goodbye to Maggie. Nicolaus was really out of it, I'm hoping he was just thinking about what COULD happen if he shot himself and not what DID happen. Jeez I can't wait till Sunday but then again I think next episode is just supposed to focus on Morgan and what he was up to before he caught up with the gang. Only about 5 episodes left so maybe Glenn will miraculously show up unscathed somewhere towards the mid season finale ( fingers crossed). My only other glimmer of hope for Glenn is how incredibly vague and evasive Scott Gimple has been about wether he is truly dead or not. The camera angles didn't show him dying and Glenn being such a popular character there would be no doubt as to whether he is dead or not.

this week is going so slow, and this trial is so boring    I am over drugs, specially those with long names,  I look at the toe-rags and think, that could be my kids they are trying to sell their poison to.  All I want is for the next chapter of TWD and the RWC final to be over

Well,  That was way longer than it needed to be,  I know they were setting the scene on what is to come, but I was not interested in Morgan.  should have kept Eastman, I liked him, even though my hubby and I were trying too decide if he was, in fact, the psyhco...  And by leaving the "Wolf" alive, he has now endangered everyone in the compound.   And , was that Rick banging on the gate wanting to come in,  tell me how he got from there after the RV incident, or is the timeline still a little out and not caught up n itself yet

You pretty much said everything I was thinking, cavey. Really didn't need an hour and a half of Morgan and Tabitha. Although it was a good episode, that whole thing could have been shortened by an hour and 20 minutes, tops lol. I, like most people were wishing they had gotten back to Glenn and Rick. I liked Eastmen too. Was wondering why he didn't use his stick to fend off the walker instead of getting between it and Morgan. Yeah that crazy Wolf is gonna get lose and kill someone or turn and bite someone, that too will be Morgan's fault. When will they learn. Sounds as if Rick made it out of the RV since he's at the gates. Maybe Maggie will go looking for Glenn next week. Morgan wasn't listening to Eastman's story very well cause I remember him saying that he knew the guy was a sociopath even if he'd fooled everyone else. Don't see how he didn't see that the Wolf guy was an irredeemable nutcase and would kill everyone, including kids. Plus, the guys about to turn, so what can he do for him now? Just can't see this ending well for anyone. Looking forward to next episode.

ha ha, Yes McCaw is rather tasty,  and to be named one of the greatest Rugby players of all time, if not THE greats, is something special too.  Love my Canterbury Boys  ( Regional team when not in all blacks)

I am over today,  I am having to train someone, who knows next to nothing about court ( they are a transcriber for the evidence and do that from a remote locations)  but the powers to be in National Office have decided that they can be versatile and help out in court when needed  ( we won't mention that they are even shorter of staff than we are)

She's lovely, but we can't teach them much a couple of hours a day for 3 or 4 days.  I think they are just starting to realise that it is more than they thought, and they could be in way over their heads.  because it is not a forgiving job,  sometimes even a small mistake can abort a trial

Anyway, back to Richie,  Yumm,  but so is Dan Carter  (the 2nd greatest player , the All Blacks are chock full of the best)

wanna see them looking scary to other teams?  here are 2 versions of their Haka
first is when they were playing against the Australian team in the final for The World Cup

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

the next one is against Georgia fir the first time ever, these two teams have ever faced.  ( in the RWC pool match)

the eason this scares the other teams is that  there is all sorts of stories around the Guiness book of record holders as the most succesful sports team in the world

OMG I Loved it!!! Do they do the Haka at every match? I didn't know if I wanted to faint from fright ( cause that was pretty intimidating) or swoon cause they all are so attractive (lol). Do other teams do a Haka as well? That was epic! I have seen Polynesian, Hawaiians do a Haka ( I think). I really would get into watching a Rugby match, but as I said before its not as popular here as  Football or Baseball but I don't really watch those either, I'm a Hockey girl ( Go Blues!). :)
