I've been digging up old movies lately...

Leon: The Professional [1994] - I fell in love with this movie! it's now one of my favorite movies of all time... I can't believe I waited this long to see it...

Se7en [1995] - Seen this movie many times and still love it...

Goodfellas [1990] - I think this one is a little overrated...

1) I just saw Acts of Valor 3 days ago (my boyfriend chose the movie for his birthday lol). It surprised me how good it was. Most of the "actors" are active Navy Seals, so the dialog was a bit rough, but still very interesting.

2) Breaking Dawn: Part 1...Typical Twilight movie, not as good as the book, but not bad.

3) What's Your Number?  I loved it. It was quite funny and it had a mostly naked Chris Evans ;)

1.) Underworld Awakening (2012) - pretty good movie although I think they kind of rushed this one. It was a bit weird
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
but overall the movie was decent

2.) The 3 Musketeers (2012) - funny but nothing special. D'Artagnan was a bit young for my liking and I didn't particularly like Freddie Fox as King Louis (he reminded me too much of Jamie Campbell Bower- gag!) but I thought it was hilarious to see Orlando Bloom all trussed up like that

3.) Footloose (2012) - I love, love, love this movie and have watched it at least 20 times in the past few weeks! If you're a fan of the original I would definitely recommend this one ;D

It's getting added to my netflix queue then lol. I was worried it wouldn't be so good, so I've been avoiding watching it. :)

Strawdogs (2011)  First of all, the only reason I saw this movie was because of Alexander Skarsgård.  He is just yummy.  This movie was like a train wreck... it was bad, but I just couldn't stop watching it!  I tried to look away, but I couldn't.  I was just thinking "WTF?! why the H E double hockey sticks are they acting like that?!  and what is up with Link from Prison Break?!  Damn you Skarsgård for making me watch this!!  I feel a little bit dirty for it.  Such a sexy man... such a horrible character.

50/50 (2011) (with Seth Rogan and Joseph Gordon Levitt)  I don't think I actually watched this whole movie.  I was busy reading my book.  Did not keep my attention at all.  All I remember is chemo and a stupid girlfriend who cheated on her boyfriend who has cancer!

Tower Heist (2012)  I love comedies, so this movie was great for me.  It reminded me of the Ocean's movies. (The Ocean movies were better though!)  The ending was unpredictable, and I like that.  If you like Ben Stiller, you will like this movie!

I watch a lot of movies so......

1.) Immortals (2011) This has to be one of my favorite movies so far this year. It was absolutely fantastic! Very action packed (which I love- action movies are one of my favorites). It was similar to Clash of the Titans with the background, effects and story line but with an added punch (although I must admit Clash of the Titans is better- mostly because I love the original so much)

2.) Jack and Jill (2012) This movie had Adam Sandler in it so of course I had to watch it. It was pretty messed up Sandler plays two parts in the movie- a set of identical twins, one of which is a girl! It was funny but nothing special, I'm glad I downloaded it instead of paid money to see it though.

3.) The Sitter (2012) I only watched it because it had Johan Hill in it and it wasn't bad- it wasn't great either though so if you're looking for a decent, funny movie it won't disappoint but it wasn't worth buying either.

Skarsgard was the only reason I watched the movie as well and even with all the sh*t in the movie relating to his character, I still drool every time I look at him. Plus, he took his shirt off more than once in the movie so I think I was too busy doing drool-checks to actually pay attention half the time. And yeah, they totally ruined Link (Dominic Purcell) in the movie (although he did play a good handicapped character). IMO the movie would've been a lot better with someone other than Kate Bosworth as the lead (she irks me for some reason) ;)

He is just one of the sexiest men alive :)  He's usually shirtless all the time in True Blood.  And yes, I'm addicted to that show, although last season was so-so.
Dominic Purcell definitely plays a good handicapped person.  I'm just so used to him being a macho man.   Speaking of him.  I wonder whatever happened to Wentworth Miller?  He was good to look at too.
I think the only movie I liked Kate Bosworth in was Blue Crush.  She's really not that great of an actor either.

Wentworth Miller was in the newest Resident Evil movie (RE: Afterlife). He played Claire's brother, Chris Redfield. ;)

Hey Guys! Thanks for all the replies.
I've seen 50/50 (really liked it), Immortals (still watching... really cool effects) and The 3 Musketeers (it was quite boring for me).
I love Wentworth Miller!!!!! :D
His new movie "The Loft" will be released in 2012 but I don't know the exact date.
I think I'm gonna watch "Strawdogs".

The Avengers (2012) - This is my second time seeing it. It is just so awesome. The cast is great.

Hot Fuzz (2007) - A funny film with that British far-fetchedness that Simon Pegg seems too always pull off.

The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas (2008) - I read the book before the film came out in 2008 but never saw the film. The film is as tragic as the book. Asa Butterfield is such a wonderful young actor.

1. Snow White and the Huntsman- Overrated. I thought it was better than the 1997 version, which is more similar to the Grimm Bros original story. I like Charlize Theron's acting, afterall she is a veteran. I just can't like
how Kristen Stewart portrayed Snow White. And it's not entirely her fault but the screenplay too. I mean, come on, she was stuck in the tower for years and she knows how to wield a sword? She just died, woke up after her prince-William, son of the Duke, and the Huntsman kissed him, and the next day she is so ready to fight a war? WTH?

2. The Raid- Redemption: It's an Indonesian film. Film scoring is done by LP's Mike Shinoda  I liked it.
I'm just a girl who's inlove with action packed films about mafia and war movies. So I can't hate this film because it was amazingly done. I admire the fight choreographer for having made 100s of fight moves for this film.

3.Snabba Cash (2010)- Easy Money in English. It's a Swedish film starring Joel Kinnaman (The Killing).
It's drama and a bit of gun fighting combined in a film about 3 people, connected through drugs and mafia.
I watched it because I liked Joel Kinnaman in his series The Killing. And he was dubbed as the Brad Pitt of Sweden before coming to the US, so I was curious. I was not disappointed with this film. It  was almost as good as Luc Besson's directing and screenplay (Leon the Professional, Taken). Like one of those Jean Reno  french films. This one is Directed by Daniel Espinosa, who directed Denzel in Safe House. I can't wait for it's second installment this year.

well i m sure the movie before last that  i saw is MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA wich i loooooooooooooooooved i had the book didn t read it and finally saw the movie ; :-* i just have  a thing with kimono ans  asian female protagonist with realistic setting , reminds me that i need to watch SHINOBI

the last one is daywatch wich i saw yesterday and it took me some time to remember that i saw it so that shows my opinion but i think it has to do with the fact that i haven t started it from the very begining wich is like 5 min late but after that i just started watching for the effect  ^-^ the ending was enteresting though

hhhmmmmmmmmm now to the moment of truth i can t remember the third movie i saw but i m just gonna go ahead and say it s crazy in alabama and i cried and laughed through the movie and cheared for the protagonist as she did the deed no need to say i liked it even though i didn t saw it whole more like the last third which was enough for me to like it

I'm about to get my nerd on....y'all may know this....Strawdogs was originally done by Samuel Peckinpah staring Dustin Hoffman in 1971 (I think).  It was an incredible movie because you watch a man who is a pacifist to the point he moves out of the US in protest of the Vietnam War resort to basic violent instincts and like it.  It's horribly hard to watch at times because it feels realistic, i.e. it's emotionally wrenching to watch someone change so completely and when one character gets shot in the foot with a shotgun, he's out of the picture.  To take a movie of that caliber and try to remake it when there is no point of reference in this day and time, was a mistake in my opinion.  Even the draw of Alexander *sigh* couldn't get me to watch it.  I don't think I could ever watch the original again because of the way it made me feel.  Again, brilliant but not relaxing.  Se7en made me feel that way as well as Dangerous Liaisons (with Glenn Close and John Malkovich).  An easier version of Dangerous Liaisons is called Valmont with Colin Firth and Annette Bening.  Milos Forman directed.

John Carter   Wonderful movie that I think has been badly advertised adn Critics have no idea what they are talking about  ( considering the book was publish in 1917, you can see where Star wars came from)

Spiderman  alright,  not my cup of tea, but better than the other ones

Sno White and the Huntsman    Crap

I am not a complete idiot, some parts are missing    :)

Hope Springs.......I thought this was a comedy after seeing the trailer.  Did not enjoy it, rather slow.

The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel........Loved it, very good acting.  Liked the setting.

The Bourne Legacy........really enjoyed it, hope they make another one.

I don't watch movies that often, I like to watch series and I mostly read when I have some time to spare. But here it is.

Jane Eyre (2011) sometimes I just have to watch sappy dramatic romance! Watched it on my laptop while on holiday.  ;D
Harry Potter 7th movie part 1 and 2 I just love this series and can watch them over and over again  ;)
Men In Black 3 No much of a movie. I liked the first movie best.  :)

God Bless America
American Reunion
American Pie

God Bless America is my favorite out of the three. I'm not really a fan of American Pie/Reunion despite the fact that I laughed a few times.
