TV Series question
« on: October 01, 2012, 04:26 AM »
I'm looking for a good site where I can download tv series, like: Haven, Once Upon a Time, The Walking Dead ...
Can somebody help me find such a site please?

I don't know how to use the newsgroups  ^-^

Easiest is to get Chrome or a Chromium Browser.  Search for and find the extension called Flash Video Downloader.   If you can't find it on the Chrome Web Store, search the net and when you find it copy the crx file.  Then open your extensions and simply drag and drop the file onto it.  Poof.... installed.

I can watch a show in my browser and if the arrow is blue [it is on most sites] you simply click and pick the video you want to download [some offer more than 1 format such as FLV or MP4] then download to where you want.

One of the sites I use to watch my shows is  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

The Browser I use is Chromium and it is called Iron.

It looks and acts almost the same as Chrome but it does not report back to Google as Chrome does.

I used to download from this site :

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Unfortunately they stop uploading since april, but you can still download the older series.
If you're looking for some popular series dated before april 2012, you might find it there.

Hahaha. me too! I just learned this last month. :)
I download utorrent. Then I go to kat.ph to look for movies/tv series I wanted to watch. I choose the ones with high number of LEECH and SEED. :) And I also look for the comments if it's really a good copy. but mostly just with the number of seeders and leechers I would know if it's good. ;) After choosing just click on download torrent. Then after, double click the file and it will be downloaded in utorrent automatically. :)

"Dear God. What is it like in your funny little brains? It must be so boring."  Your are hooked.   :D

Someone was wondering if he wouldn't make a good Doctor Who.

Went to sleep during Hunted btw.  I just couldn't get into it.  That doesn't mean anyone else might not enjoy it but it wasn't a cup of Earl Grey to me...

A female spy who is part of an organization is betrayed by a member who is a mole.  She  is almost killed but comes back to work and they are trying to figure out who is the mole while they are dealing with other cases.

Wait until you get to the second season.  If you don't have Season 1's Christmas Invasion let me know and I'll stick it up on rapid.

the best torrent search engine is You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

You can also try sites like You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login for recent TV Shows and Movies. You can even read how to download using a torrent client. It is pretty easy to use. If you have questions you can PM me and I will try to provide a guide on how to use a torrent client to get shows, movies, music, etc...

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login in combination with download helper is a great way to get all your tv shows. they are currently redoing their website atm and won't be back until jan 15th i think. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login is another one. They have tv shows and movies.

They picked a bad time to redo the site.  I'm doing tv-link.eu until they are back.

ikr, everyone's home for the holidays, out of school, on vaca and such. horrible timing. 1channel.ch is a pretty good alternative though. i've never tried tv-link.eu maybe i'll give it a shot.

i guess i'll mention i also use free download manager to get my stuff. it's great cuz it breaks up the file into pieces that download at the same time. so a show takes less than 5 minutes for me to download. movies take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Got a link for that?   :)

If you use TV links ignore Crawler.  It is the site's bot and the links the bot puts up is a real mess.
There usually is only one link from one host each like putlocker.

I use to use them a LOT because they were like Watchseries but had the advantage I could flag a show and when a new episode came on they would list it for me.  Now I use them to see what was on and then use Watchseries.  I just started using their links after watchseries revamped.

I can see why Watchseries did it now because there are no new shows this week for me except a couple English ones.  I think they were thinking new links when they picked this time but I am in the middle of recording all seasons of DR Who and that made it a PIA

Here's the link for download helper. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login It's only for firefox so that's a bummer, but I'm sure there are other tools out there for all the other browsers.
Here is the link for free download manager You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login To get the best possible performance out of it set it to heavy traffic mode and anywhere from 10 to 20 parts per download. It's a really great program to have.

Does anyone know a website where I could watch Walking Dead?  I would rather stream it than download it.  Everyone at work has been talking about how good it is.   Thanks.

Most of the sites listed unless it says torrent or download site is a streaming site.  If you search the name of the show on them, it should appear and you should be able to stream the show from putlocker or the like.    I never download a show to watch it, I always stream and if I want to record it, I record the stream.

For example if you went to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and clicked TV shows then typed in the name of the show it would appear.  Watchseries isn't back up until the 15 but it is streaming also.  Once in a while someone will submit a download link on those sites.  I ignore them and go to the next link.

If you use tv-links.eu and click all search results you will find a lot of links there also.  Ignore Crawler.  It is their bot and it has lousy links.
