2. Develop vision, mission, objectives and measures.
For your chosen organisation, list down it?s ethical, cultural, environmental, social and business objectives. How are these influenced by the current business and economic climate?

3. Plan for the implementation of the strategy

Describe the importance of monitoring and evaluation of a new strategy. Outline how this might be achieved
