Hey!  I live in Sweden and I have always downloades ebook into my ereader by share term papers or buy borrowing ebooks from library or buying from our own swedish website for ebooks, but the problem is that the books that i really want to buy, all of them are in english on amazon.

So today I've decided that I want to buy from amazon and I have made an account. But my e-reader only only supports formats in
PDF, EPUB, TXT, DOC, PPT, XLS, HWP, DJVU, FB2.

So obviously I don't have a kindle, and all the books you buy from amazon are kindle edition. So my question is.. what do I do? How do I do so I can read them in my ebook-reader? Cause i really want to be able to buy books and read them, and if i get help i can also help out here on the forum with uploading books.

My other  question is, how trustworthy is amazon? If I pay, will I get the book immediately, how does it work??? I really want and need to know, it's a little bit scary to buy books from amazon when I dont live in the uk or us and have never done it before.
Please can somebody help me?

If you are buying your ebooks from Amazon directly and not one of the many companies, which are registered on Amazon.  Then yes it is perfectly safe to purchase your eBooks or books from Amazon. eBooks are typical automatically download direct to your computer or eReader.  Actual books will be shipped from Amazon's distribution centre to your shipping address.

If you have an android device, Windows phone, an iPad or iPhone then I would recommend that you download the Kindle App from the appstore and purchase your books directly from Amazon using the Kindle App.  It's a very simple and fast process especially if you are buying allot of eBooks.
