Hi:

All of a sudden, there's no "Request eBook Section." Is this a mistake or is the "Request eBook Section" being disbanded?

I am also facing the same problem with search books and yes there seems to be no more request board. It will be very nice if some one could inform us whether this a technical problem or the request board has been disbanded.

I had the same problem all my posts in that section are gone. As well as the uploads i was looking for.

After careful consideration and many failed attempts to find a middle ground with authors, we have decided to remove the ebook requests section.

I would guess it is not coming back.
Look how quickly threads were being deleted anyways. And the whole thread would have to be deleted because 1 author complained! Mr. Admin was just trying to be fair.

I'm having problems with that too. I can bring it up when I search for it but it doesn't allow me access. Any reason why?

The request section has been removed- all the links that were posted prior to the removal are still posted but are what we call "dead links"- they will show an error message when clicking them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As of right now or the near future- the answer is no but its too early to say it will never come back. Maybe some day it will but for right now, it's gone.

-Requests: a few requests here and there is fine but overdoing it with large lists is what hurts us
-Uploads/Downloads: nothing has changed here
