Thank you Shorty Great app but for $4.99 it better be!
There is a free version as well. Still working on the review when my internet crashed.

If you have a computer you have to pay for the programs you install too. Same idea. I have to admit I like free too, but some things are worth the price.

Ebook ConverterThanks to SEA49 for telling me about this app. This App allows you to convert books to many different formats such as mobi, ePub, azw3, azw.It isn't very visually pleasing but it does work very well. If you are stuck without a computer other than your iPad, you can do conversions since you can't use Calibre. As far as I know it will not do a book that has a DRM attached to it. I have yet to try a book with DRM. This app cost $2.99. Once you convert the book you can open it into your favourite reading app.You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginI just discovered that this app converts .lit files to ePub files extremely well. At last I can use some of my older books!
iBouquinisteI found this app as a result of my disappointment with iBooks. I confess to being a book hoarder but I also like to be an organized one. After iBooks last update, they would only allow 130 collections. I like to keep my authors in different collections and in order of when the books were written. This is important when the authors write a series of books. Also, I am a speed reader but like to relax and re-read some of my favourites. IBouquiniste allows one to input both mobi and ePub files as well as other types into their app. This is a real bonus as I didn't have to use mobi apps like the kindle or eBookMobi for mobi files and iBooks for the ePub files. My books and authors now are together. I love the look of the bookshelves with the authors names. Once there are more than six books on a bookshelf, it will even count the books for you. There is a bit of a downside in that you have to have the authors names in order and spelled correctly...ie. First and Last names or you will end up with multiple bookshelves. This can be corrected by changing the names. If the book disappears when going from all books to bookshelf mode, correcting this is simple by adding say a period to the name of the book. This part is slightly tricky but easily fixed and well worth the effort. Changing the order of the books works by pressing the book till it wiggles and then moving it as you do for the apps. When the book is in the right place, just touch the bookshelf to stop the wiggle. This app also allows book sharing right from the app.The bookshelf viewI am currently using Marvin as an ereader on my ipad. I am getting aggravated that Marvin doesn't allow mobi files and I can't find a file converter app that works to convert to epub.I don't mind buying the app, but the reviews say it crashes every 2-3 pages. Have you had any issues? Thanks
