Samsung Galaxy tab 4
« on: April 04, 2016, 07:18 PM »
Hi all, I have a Samsung tablet and have been having issues when downloading files, especially pdfs and epubs. The downloads fail and I get an "unknown error" message or it downloads as .bin.This's been happening for 4 months and no one can figure out what's wrong. Everything seems to work properly but I cannot download anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you tried using a different internet browser rather than the default Samsung browser or Chrome?  Like Firefox?

Let me know how that works out for you.  The majority of web browsers designed for mobile devices don't have the same functionality as their computer counterparts.

Glad I could help.  Google has done allot of work with Chrome, so post a comment on the Play Store about your problem.  You never know they might fix it in the next update.
