Okay, I heard on the other thread that DurtyNelly is not going to update/finish Buried Amongst the Begonias (21 chapters, incomplete).  Or at least anytime soon at all.  It never made it to TWCS as she said she would do.  Anyway since it was only a few more chapters to add, here it is for those who want it. 

I'm disappointed, though.  I was waiting for it to finish to read it :(

Wow!! I was gone for two weeks (no internet connection, huge fights everyday over the phone with internet provider people, missed two deadlines at work and finally decided to switch providers - so much fun!) and there is already a new "152" thread? You people move fast!

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows what is the deal with the story Marlboros by QuantumFizzx. Currently, there are two chapters online but the author implies that there were more published and she removed them. Does anyone have the whole story?

Unfortunately, it seems that those two chapters is all of the story she ever posted.

I have this story saved twice - once in 2010, one from 2011 and both versions are the same, she just slightly changed the title.

Anyway, if she ever wrote it, she never posted it.

Yes, she originally had decided to continue with the story.
Here's the author's note on the first chapter:

I wrote this as a one-shot. Then, I began to expand it. Things haven't worked out.
I had a very distinct vision for how I wanted this to go. I wanted to have an older adult couple (not 20 somethings) rediscover a chance they thought long lost. I intended for Edward to be damaged and not talk much as a result. I figured that they both had tried to live lives without one another for over 20 years. I wanted to show how each was making not-so-ideal choices because the stars hadn't aligned for them, so to speak.
I considered it an artistic choice not to announce/spoil that they did not start out together but rather were fully participating in other relationships and encounters with others. These encounters were integral to the plot I had in mind. Bella and the reader needed to witness him in order for the differences in his life to show as the story progressed.
Not making it clear upfront that Edward and Bella would be with others in the beginning was not well-received by some readers. I do understand their feelings. Unfortunately, that was the story I had wanted to write and I had plenty of others say they did not want "spoiled." So, I made a call & I'm not sure it was the right one.
Most everyone has been respectful and for that I am grateful.
I apologize to anyone who read this with the thought that I would expand and elaborate. Whenever I think I'm ready to jump back in and write this thing, I see another review that expresses the hope that I am not doing PRECISELY what I planned to do with the plot. Even though I am a firm believer that one should write whatever one feels compelled to write, knowing that so many people truly don't want it really dents my motivation.

So, I leave this here because I really do feel like the one-shot/first chapter is a solid story.
I leave the 2nd chapter up for kicks. Read it if you want. I'd be honored. At this time, however, I have no intention to write something that would upset so many.

I'm looking for What You Least Expected by Brianna Marley (original version - first 12 chapters).  I've checked all other PTS 152 threads and found one version posted by Avag (PTS 152 #1 - reply #386).  Avag indicated that the version she uploaded has 12 chapters but it looks like that this version too has only 6 chapters and it ends exactly at the same location than the one currently posted on ff.net.

Actually, the copy of  What You Least Expected by Brianna Marley Avag so graciously shared with us indeed has the entire original story with 12 chapters in it, as well as FGB outtake after that. I checked :)

You probably didn't go through the whole thing and just skipped to the end where it says the story ends at the 6 chapters, but the truth is the compiler just added the new reworked 6 chapters to the original story.

Check again, the 12 chapters end at page 135!

Do you know which ones are complete?   :-*

With the exception of Arrangement and Marlboros, these are oneshots.  Arrangement is complete.  2 or 3 of the stories are Harry Potter ff, not Twilight ff.

Edit: So it's all broken and jerky, in Calibre it views fine but in Adobe it's broken. I have no idea what the issue is, sorry!
