No babe - not Dr. Masen - Dear Mr. Masen. No doctors involved. Good fic.
I started watching Outlander and loved it, so I decided to spoil myself on Wikipedia before starting the books. (I didn't want to start reading the series without an HEA of the shippers I wanted). Yeah, I won't be reading those either.More rec's, yeah! Thanks.Wonderful! Glad you had a safe and happy journey. I might have to have these Scottish pics rotating if I read the Highlander series you mentioned.
Yea, after watching the show Aug 2014, I got on this big Highlander kick. I think thus far, my fav is Maya Banks McCabe Trilogy. I still have several to go on Monin's Highlander series. Emma Chase - Tangled Series...if you haven't read......start now. :-) It's good, hot, witty, snarky, funny, etc. Male POV. Just what I needed. I started them back in 2014 and finished them last year. Read in order though. Kallypso Masters. I hadn't heard of them, but I got my daily notice form BookHub it was free. I read the description and away I went. You are not allowed to view links. She also has brought many readers to their knees--having them experience the stories right along with her characters in the Rescue Me Saga. Kally knows that Happily Ever After takes maintenance, so her couples don't solve all their problems and disappear at "the end" of their Romance, but will continue to work on real problems in their relationships in later books in the saga."I have been pleasantly surprised. I still listen to Bear McCreary's scores for Outlander almost daily. Love - Setting Sail and Veil of Time. I like to have instrumental music when I read. I don't want words, because I am not coordinated enough to "hear" words and "read" different words at the same time. Just like I don't like the TV on when I read.
Oh I'm so bummed. I just heard about Alan Rickman's passing. While he was great as Professor Snape, I always loved him best in Galaxy Quest -- "by Grabthar's hammer"!
Here's something I bet you thought you'd never see: Fifty Shades nominated for an Oscar......16. Original Song: "Earned It" from "Fifty Shades of Grey"; "Manta Ray" from "Racing Extinction"; "Simple Song #3" from "Youth"; "Til It Happens To You" from "The Hunting Ground"; "Writing's on the Wall" from "Spectre."
Not sure if I shared our Scotland pics. I have tons, but you are welcome to see them. Hopefully the link works. (you will even get to see me and mr. mickey)Scroll past the first few. Hubs was in Paris first and then met me in London airport and we flew to Scotland. You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginI will leave the link up for a bit. REVISED: link

eacalltheway - The one who was way out there was the girl with purple/lavender? hair who made up the song for the three of them on the spot. It's actually a good idea to use past winners/contestants to weed out the really bad ones. Loved the look on Rupert's face last night while someone was trying to sing to him. The one who's career hasn't been doing well is Taylor Hicks which is too bad because I like him. I think he's working on Broadway now. The other one is the one who beat Adam Lambert (I still think he should have won) - and I'm having a senior moment because I can't remember his name. I guess he's doing well but we just never see him (last name is Allen?). Everybody else including Rupert seems to have found their own little niche whether it be Christian music or Los Vegas.
Rupert Studdard from Season 2 - he beat Clay Aiken. I didn't start watching until the tail end of 3 when it got down to Carrie Underwood and Bo Bice.
