Happy New Year, Happy New Thread. I know these aren't new pics but they're so pretty, I couldn't resist. Roll on May, can't wait for UL to start filming
What starts filming in May?
Starting the new year by reading A Rough Start by Itzmegan73.Thanks for reminding me about this one FFG. I still have a ton of twific "classics" i haven't read. Hopefully this year I'll finally get around to read them.
So I started Hot Commodity by blueeyedcherry. Edward is a bit of a douche so far. I really need a Sweetward or a funny story - I've been reading too many angsty stories lately. They were good angst, but still ....
I think I read Hot Commodity, but now I don't really remember what it was about. In some ways, that might be good since I can read it again and not have the story spoiled!
I was trying to remember if I read An Acquired Taste by Magnolia822, but though it seems familiar? I don't remember what happens. Sigh. So I'm rereading Died and Gone to Heaven. It's been about 6 months and it's quick.
I seem to be reading all the Itzmegan73 fics. I started with A Rough Start, moved on to The Tutor and am now reading The Cannabbean (sp?) Betrothal. She has a few SPaG and word choice issues (as in the word doesn't mean what she thinks it does), but the stories are good enough to overlook most of the issues. I've been enjoying them all. Although I'll admit that The Cannabbean Betrothal has me wanting to slap everyone up side the head. Of course, that's not keeping me from being interested in finding out what happens next.I, too, have a bunch of classics that I haven't read. I've also not worked out a system that will make sure I get to them!
Thanks for adding decorations to our new thread Loopy!
Ugly Love, the book of Colleen Hoover, starring Nick Bateman as Miles.
Happy New Year everyone! Hope all is well with everyone.
We needed some hun. [emoji14] [emoji14]Excuse me while I fangirl and get excited about this. I know no one in my RL has read any of CoHo's book (I know, the horror!!!), but after showing my bestie this pic she's now convinced that she wants to watch it with me. [emoji14] [emoji14]
Happy New Year everyone! Hope all is well with everyone. I really enjoyed reading The Cannabean Betrothal, but then again I like reading Amish and Mail Order Bride stories and the like. I've read TCB twice I think. Sometimes I like that slow burn. Of course, that's not what I'm looking for right now. I was lurking here a week or so ago and saw someone rec Ruthless People by JJ McAvoy (previously TwiFic I think) and am on to the second of the series after I read something a little sweet. I can't jump into another mobstory right away. I need to chillax...(heh heh...totally dating myself there).
I'm alive!!! I partied way too hard New Years Eve... I woke up today finally feeling hunan! Yesterday I was out of commission all day. God bless my hubby for taking care of me and the kiddos all day. It was BAD! *hahahahaaa... Geesh... You'd think I was an amateur or something. Starting my year reading The Real Life of E A Masen by Vancouver-Canuck-girl ... We shall see how it goes. Kinda slow going at the moment. Cheers to a good year!
