This I might try.  I also did a search on FFnet and found a few where Snape rescues Harry from the Dursleys.  They have a lot of reviews.  But nothing with James and Lily.....

I've never read any HP fanfiction, but I heard that the series by G. Norman Lippert, which is based on Harry's son James, is good. It's the only HP ff I've DL'd, but haven't tried it yet.

It was a good story, different vampires (some small differences), and I can't remember much about the quality of the lemons (I skim half of the ones I do read) but that they existed.

The lolashoes trilogy was definitely the smuttiest vampward I've ever read. (Honestly, there were too many lemons for me, but I enjoyed the first two books a lot with skimming). It's in the index.

And I agree with the rec on the good story My Mate by PrincessRachael. It had little everything (a little smut, a little angst/drama, and a little action).  I also read the sequel My Power and liked that too!

I liked the sequel too, but I read it as a WIP and I am used to reading stories like that complete, so it didn't flow like I was used to, there were too many gaps (imagine that, having to wait a week to read the next part)

Funny lemony Vampward 

I'm reading Clementines, what I've rec'd some posts up, a Bella/Carlisle story and I like it even the 2nd time around.

When I'm cleaning I'm listening to the first book of the Matched trilogy by Ally Condie. It's YA, the love triangle is meh, but the details of the way they are living? Drives me crazy! Cause it is very very close to my childhood, just with more technologies. Total surveillance, having your life mapped out for you by the government... rules everywhere...

Being a GDR kid I see a lot of similarities and that makes me think, what would have been when there hadn't been the German reunification. How would I live? I don't think I'd been allowed to go to university, I'd never met my hubs, I couldn't have stayed home with the kids... I'd never read Twilight and so never met you! Internet would be strictly censored...

So, I like it and I will give it to my daughter to read when she is old enough and tell her that this could have been her life...

Nope have not read that one either......

Another vamp on my TBR list was Dead Confederates. Anyone read that one?
