This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general.  But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement. 

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

How on earth could he even be considered?  He doesn't fit the character description in any way whatsoever.

I still cannot fathom how they can make it into a film.  To cast TL would be a joke though.

the casting news regarding this movie is a joke. there are so many rumors. cant take any of them seriously.

Whew. I thought I was the only one who had no love for this man, especially for this role. I'm still rooting for Ian Somerhalder (or Christian Bale if they want to go a little older).

I won't believe any casting stories on that movie til contracts are signed and shooting has started. I think ever guy and gal under 30 has been tossed into the fray on this one.

Taylor as Christian is a big huge NO!!!!!!!

I have to agree.  He just has that Baby face, hard to picture him as a Dom.

that guy from arrow is hot, but I read some of his instagram quotes on Just Jared and he sounded like a famewhore. (he said something about playing grey)

Ian Creepy Eyes would be the perfect grey.

Whew. I thought I was the only one who had no love for this man, especially for this role. I'm still rooting for Ian Somerhalder (or Christian Bale if they want to go a little older).

These casting directors must be nuts....I wonder if they've offered it to RP?  :D If they went older I could see Michael Fassbender as Christian Grey. After Shame? Hell, I can certainly imagine him as a Dom....But honestly I'd rather they just never make the bloody film...some books should be left as such.
