See, that well-written part? That is hard to find. LOL! But almost everything I've read by Nolbucgrl or Drotuno has been good and reasonably well written. I recently read a couple by Samekraemer that were good and well-written. One has been pulled but is in the index - Miss Conception and Mis (ter) Undertaking.

With all the holiday baking shows I've been watching, it has put me in the mood for a little Chefward. Can anybody recommend some good fics where E is a chef? Thanks!
Gotta say, I feel pretty good emotionally today. I raised $336 for charity with my blanket, and my work is going to match. What a great feeling!!
Hello lovelies, I hope you're all okay. I'm back from the land of no wi-fi. I moved my daughter up country with her b/f and their son and where we were staying had no internet!!!! Can't believe that my oldest has left me, she now lives 6 hours away!! Wow!!! I'm so glad that you raised that much hun, and for your work to match it is brilliant. Happy Belated Birthday Tricklem, hope you had a great day. My favourite Chefward is The Workshop - A Tale Of Edible Delights by Danieller123, it's so good. I love Edward in this but I also like Bella (which is rare) as she's quite badass and actually has a backbone for once. Robzbeanie's Reason for Living and the sequel Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happy Endings are definitely worth a read as well.
Welcome back Loopy! There are 10 books in the Percy Jackson series?!?!?!? I never made it through the first one. Edward wasn't in it. Yeah, I'm probably not a good one to ask.... I'm currently reading I Don't Believe in Vampires by LazyKate. It is a different take on Twilight. Edward never acknowledge Bella in school, though she had a crush on him. Bella is working her way through college by helping out a caterer who is catering an event put on by the Cullens. This time Edward basically claims Bella. The wolves are slightly involved and Bella is able to control her shield as a human. But mostly, not a lot of angst. I also started Falling Beyond Redemption by Aleeab4u. It is very angsty. I'm not sure I can go on ..... I don't think I could have read it as a WIP, the wolves are evil....

No Internet?? You are braver than I am. I don't think I could survive with out my internet. I remember when my first one left home. Well, we moved provinces here in Canada and he stayed behind by choice. It was very hard and I worried about him all the time. I only have 1 out of 4 left and he lives in our basement and won't ever leave. I have to admit, I do enjoy the quieter house with 3 of the boys out. Of course, sounds like you and the hubby are still young enough that you could fill the house up again and think of the fun that could be?

The Man Who Can't Be Moved is not one of my favorites. There are a lot of lemons and they're not particularly good ones. They're very repetitive. And they story goes on forever!
LOL. It was the second fanfic i ever read and newly discovered how graphic lemons can be! I was the M&B type of reader and the lemons of Coulter, Lindsay, Woodiwiss, Garwood and Quinn were hardly graphic. Laurens was a bit more risque then them. So it blew my mind reading FSoG and to discover fanfic. The way i have been skipping some lemons in recent months may change my opinion of some of the earlier fanfics i read. But, knowing how long it was and how many books in my TBR, i might not be re-reading anything soon. But, actorwards followed by athletewards are my faves I have only ever re-read Virgins and Villians and First and Ten, both in my top ten too. And they didn't disappoint in my second reading, remaining in my top 10.

We get to go see it on Thursday - my husband's work somehow got an early showing of it. And of course, my husband grabbed the tickets. Since it has Harrison Ford? I will watch it. I liked the original 3 movies, but only the first of the second three. I never saw the last one. (Episode 3) It got too dark for me and frankly, I didn't feel any attachment to the characters. My husband tells me I have to get dressed up for it. I think I may have a light saber app. And some cinnamon rolls for my ears. LOL! Yeah, not going to happen....
