I remeber it from that too.
I had a huge theater cut out of the vamp guys from it in my room my last 2 years of high school. My husband put his foot down about getting rid of it when I had it packed with my stuff for our first apartment. :(
I still watch the DVD on occassion.

Those cardboard cut outs freak me out!

I used to share a house with 2 other teachers. One night two of us came home late and a bit tipsy and there was a strange man standing in the corner of the third girl's room. My second housemate charged in to tackle him while I turned the light on to find that our third housemate had taken possession of a life-sized cutout of Jon Bon Jovi and the second girl was in a very compromising position on the floor with cardboard Jon Bon!

We made her keep him in the closet after that.

I never liked Kiefer or Corey F though.

They just didn't appeal to me!   ;)

I loved Stand By Me though!

River Phoenix - that was a good looking boy!

Just watched Argo with my parents.

My anxiety level now is off the charts.

From the movie or from watching it with your parents?

I cannot watch movies with my folks - Mum falls asleep as soon as the lights dim and Dad can't suspend reality and has to comment on every . little . thing.

I remember the first time i stopped to apreciate the Beatles.

I was 6yo and i remember asking my dad what was playing and that i liked it.

I love the Beatles! I was 14 when Sargent Pepper's had its 20th Anniversary and must have driven my parents insane begging for the Beatles Gold Box for my 15th birthday.

That was in the olden days before CDs - so I still have all the Beatles records, but no record player! I have since gotten the CDs as well.

My dad still has All things must pass in perfect condition.
he regreted later, but he gave his records to a russian cousin since it was too expensive for him to get there soon after the end of URSS.

The cousin ended up being a jerk, thats why he regreted it.

Bah it could be worse. I've had Xander and Anya's number from the Buffy musical episode stuck in my head for days, man! :pulling

You need to go youtube some Ricky Martin or OneDirection!

BTW - thanks America! We give you Keith Urban to judge American Idol and what do you give us back to replace Keithy-boy on the Aussie version of The Voice?

Bloody Ricky Martin!

I swear, if I have to see the ad with him thumping his chest and shaking his bon-bon one more time, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I will crawl into my TV and rip his heart out!

And the season hasn't even started yet!!!

George should have written more songs - I think I love every one of his!

My parents had every single Elvis record - and gave them to my oldest sister when she moved out and she made some hippy-dippy windchime with them!

i wish it was time for bed. its 9:30 am and im already tired

Just gone 10:30pm and I need to go to bed, but first I am going to share my shit-a-licious day with you...

I had 2 mothers at the front gate to the school screaming at each this morning as all of the children were arriving. They both have children currently in my school, as well as children who are now at high school. One has a son who is 14, the other a 15 yo daughter.

Last Friday, the girl was showing everyone on the highschool bus her phone - she had been sexting back and forth with the boy and then the boy had sent her a photo of his penis!

It turns out it wasn't his - he had found it on the internet ( :o Imagine that! I was shocked that you could get pictures like that on the Internet! :D), but was trying to pass it off as his.

Now, initially I had a good old chuckle when I heard about this, and was relieved that they are no longer at my school or my concern.

But was that the end of it for me?

Nooooooooooo!

The girl's mother found out about it and thought it was the funniest thing ever. She was showing it around to everyone over the weekend and was forwarding it on to everyone she knows. The boy's mother is fuming - he has lost all computer and phone privileges and she has even removed the door to his room.

For some reason, they decided that they needed to "discuss" this at the front entrance to my school and I then had to clean it all up - including an incident report to central office because I had to ask them to leave school property and two child safety reports because the children are underage and both have pornography on their phones!

I am considering hiding a bottle of vodka under my desk for the next time this happens!

My laptop died months ago and the computers I have access to belong to my mum and 24 yo old brother. I don't think he would appreciate finding semi nekkid male pics in his history lol. My mum suffers from insomnia so maybe while she's sleeping at 10 in the morning I can "borrow" her laptop to do my "research" hehehe

What's the worst she could do? She's already admitted to being and I quote "lonely, and horny, and hormonal!!" so who better than Astro to find the perfect avi  :D

I would be honoured to pop your avi cherry!

Just give me some clues around what you want so I don't spend time finding Robporn or hot bods (note, I said "spend time" and not "waste time" because that is never a waste of time!) only to find that you want something really boring like a landscape, or even worse, a drop of dew on a blade of grass!!!

I would have gladly settled for boring after that!

I half expected Jerry Springer to walk in!

It was all over by 9:00am - then I had to spend 2 hours after school doing the paperwork!

Or just spend a day in my quiet little country school!

Bed time for me - God knows what I'll have to deal with tomorrow! Perhaps I should take my boxing gloves.

Goodnight all!

At least you've got us to rant at.

Just think tomorrow the drama starts again!   ;)

Sweet dreams.
