Hi!I have a story tickling my brain but can't for the life of me remember the title/author. What I can remember is Edward is rich and/or famous and at some point leaves Bella (maybe to protect her?). What I know for certain is Edward leaves and Emmett goes with him as a bodyguard and they travel the world and do charitable work. He may even make it look like he is dating other people. Bella is left behind and tries to go back to living her life but finds out Edwards trusted security person (Alex maybe) actually lives in her building and watches over her. I also remember he has a gps tracker on Edward and Bella watches the blinking dot that represents Edward to feel close to him. I'm sorry, but that is all I know for sure and hopefully it's enough to jog someone's memory.Thanks so much!

Looking for a story that I read more than 5 years ago now. It's a New Moon AU. Edward left and some time later Charlie dies in the line of duty(?). Bella gets contacted by a lawyer in Chicago. She inherits a bunch of money from Charlie's side of the family including a house in Chicago which happens to be next door (or maybe across the street) from Edward and Elizabeth Masen's old house. She sees a realtor trying to sell it but he's freaked out and won't go in the house because it's haunted. She goes in and realizes there are vampires there and ends up meeting Edward's parents who got turned into vampires instead of dying from Spanish Flu. She gets Alice to call her by making a series of cracked headed decisions and then reunites Edward with his parents who are now vampires. The story goes on from there but I don't think it was ever finished. I don't remember either the author or the title and the computer that I had saved a pdf copy onto crashed and died a few years ago. Any help with a name and/or title for this story would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
