Is that the movie based on the book of the same title by Heidi McLaughlin? If so I've been meaning to read that book/series for ages. I've heard that the movie is quite different from the book but good, I might try and look for it online as there's not a release date for it here in the UK.

For those of you thinking about not clicking on the link, here's a taster.

I had skirted past a piece alleging Photoshop manipulation, but this looks legit. Good for him being healthy.

I just started reading a YA book called The Fandom by Anna Day, and it's fun. It reminds me of those early twifics where the author inserted themselves into the twilight world. While this a super fan dropping into a fictional AU, there are Twilight (Hunger Games, etc.) references too.

Yes it’s based of the book. It’s way different than the book tho. Like most book turned movies they change stuff around.

I thought it was, I'll try watching at some point when better versions are online.

I saw the sweetest movie last night called Forever My Girl. It was so much like a Twilight fanfic. Six months from now we will be getting story search requests that mix up the movie plot with actual Twifics. It was a good movie, though. Leads are unknowns (or at least unknown to me). There's no cursing, explosions, or sex scenes, but so sweet it will rot your teeth.

Speaking of movies, just got home from watching Freed. This one stayed closely to the book, slight differences were not bothersome. Believe it was to make the movie shorter/more condensed, which was for the best. I had just finished re-reading the book so i guess it was more fresh in my mind. If i hadnt, I wouldn’t have noticed the difference as it pretty much showed the key scenes from the book (though the Lila and other sub’s visit scene didn’t make it to the movie).

Well, since i am a fan of the book, movie and the characters, i enjoyed it. It was great watching it come alive, moreso with the lovely bodies of Dakota and Jamie.

A few times in the movie i wished the camera would go just an inch or 2 lower so we can see the base of the peen of Jamie

Man, did i stare hard trying to see!

Would definitely watch it again just to relive the story of Ana and Christian.

BTW, didn’t know Jamie can sing. He has a nice voice!

Am glad am not the only “crazy one” here i finished re-reading Freed the other day. Had forgotten details of Freed’s story and was glad to “relive” it again. 😍 Le sigh 😍

Now am about to watch the first movie and tom. is Darker All as a ramp up to watching the last movie this week.

I don't think I ever actually read the Fifty Shades trilogy. But I forgot that was what brought you here originally. I've only read the original MoTU. Part of me wants to read it again. The other part remembers what a mess it is in a format way. I think the PDF is okay, just not the mobi or epub. I started to clean up the version I had before my mom got sick, but then I kind of lost interest. It's a lot of work.

You know it is funny. I have nothing against JD or what's her name, but I don't want to watch the movie. Stephanie Meyers really could have gone after her for this one. Maybe it's because it was one of the first fanfics I read, but it seems just too close the original. So all I see is Edward and Bella with wrong faces.

I need to get back here more regularly.

Ooh, i love watching movies based on books i’ve read. Will try to see if its available here.

Speaking of movies, just got home from watching Freed. This one stayed closely to the book, slight differences were not bothersome. Glad that you enjoyed the movie, I'm trying to convince the hubby to go with me in the next few weeks as otherwise I'm gonna be stuck going with my mum and when I went with her to watch FSoG all she did was comment on what she had done with my Dad and what she wanted to with him after her hip op.

I'd rather not have to live through that again.

Throughout the previous movies I've always wished that they would show the peen, though I'm kind of glad in a way that they don't as he's definitely not a shower and peeps would definitely take this p!ss out of him about it, but I would be one happy woman just to look at the peen on the big screen.

I'd heard he could sing, but I've not actually heard it myself so off to youtube I go.

I follow Kimmel on YouTube so I'll definitely go searching for that interview.
I'm working my way through Ellen on my DVR (have about 20 episodes to get through). I would of loved to have been that woman, but I would of tried to of persuaded him to play naked Twisted though.

If I was his wife I wouldn't be able to watch the movies either, as even though you know it's only acting no one wants to see their partner getting it on with someone else.

You're welcome! Yeah, it's worth a read. If you love angst, you'll love this! It's also got a far amount of funny stuff, well it's more than 400k words, there's pretty much everything in this! I don't know if you're a Jacob lover or hater, but either way you might like him in this!

Starts out as Bella x Jasper, but ends up with B/E HEA. Cullens are not all vampires. Emmett is human Carlilse & Esme don't really show up much in this story, but are vampires. Rose, Jasper and Edward are vampires and part of the Cullen clan. Alice is not part of the family.

Things I had problems with. She mixes the SM vampire with the standard vampire. Some things just don't make sense. Humans can't tell vampires are not human. You don't turn by being bit. And they eat and drink regular food. (and alcohol) On the positive side, s e x between human and vampire isn't a problem. Mostly I liked it. It is a bit of an action/mystery. With a lot of lemons

Another Meet the Mate extended from a OS. I didn't read the OS, so it must have changed a lot since Edward kidnaps Bella after their first date. Edward is pretty sweet and a doctor. He has a reason for kidnapping her. There is a mystery involved with a number of twists. I don't want to give too much away. It is a little angsty, but it was good. HEA for B/E.

This one was a little different. Bella decides to try out for one of those big brother type house things where 7 strangers live together for 3 months. Edward is a famous skateboarder who was injured in one of the games he competed in and after a year is almost ready to go back, but decides to join this show to get his name back out there. Bella is damaged, Edward is a bit of a manwhore, James is actually sweet (and gay) Tanya is a pain, Rose is a bit of a b*tch, Emmett is Emmett, and Alice is a sweet, hyper, preacher's daughter type. Oh, and Jasper is a cameraman. It is a really long story, but I enjoyed it. There is an HEA for B/E.

And now, after all this talk, I've decided to reread MoTU. Turns out, on my Ipad, PDF's are readable.

I've been looking for a good CEO-ward that I haven't read that isn't also a mobward book. But I think I've read most of them. Sigh. I have Shadow Mission by maxigrumpling on my list to read - it is an Actorward. But, well, I can't quite figure out if it is something I would like. The summary is very strange:
Actor Edward Cullen is rich, famous & sexy as hell. There's just one fly in the ointment.He can't keep the other personalities in his head straight.Emmett, his bodyguard, needs help sorting his charge out.Enter his 'crew', Alice the hacker, Jasper his second, Rose the shrink...and Bella, the girl who's father gave his life to protect Edward's. If only he remembered why.AH AU HEA

Edward has wanted Bella for a while, but she is his best friend's younger sister. She has had a crush on him about as long, but since he is a manwhore and seems not to see her, she doesn't think she has a chance. Until she calls him to bail her out of jail. Jake is causing problems and now she is in jail - LOL! Jake is her dog and he likes to escape. Edward is older, but I'm not sure he counts as an olderward. He is a Doctorward also. There is humor but also some angst. Just a little.

I've been reading a lot but some of it has been rereads. I've also started reading some non-twilight stuff. Mostly mysteries, but some are paranormal, like the ones by Angie Fox and Kristen Painter. They are fun short reads.

Oh, and I'm watching a lot of Olympics. It is always funny to me how I will watch sports I never watch just because it is the Olympics. What is really exciting about cross country skiing? And curling? No one watches curling. Mostly because they don't televise either of these on any kind of regular basis.

I do find it funny that though I mostly cheer for the Americans and the Canadians (my mother's country) I will cheer for any athlete that tries hard... Does anyone else do that? Are you all watching?

Edward has wanted Bella for a while, but she is his best friend's younger sister. She has had a crush on him about as long, but since he is a manwhore and seems not to see her, she doesn't think she has a chance. Until she calls him to bail her out of jail. Jake is causing problems and now she is in jail - LOL! Jake is her dog and he likes to escape. Edward is older, but I'm not sure he counts as an olderward. He is a Doctorward also. There is humor but also some angst. Just a little.

I've been reading a lot but some of it has been rereads. I've also started reading some non-twilight stuff. Mostly mysteries, but some are paranormal, like the ones by Angie Fox and Kristen Painter. They are fun short reads.

Oh, and I'm watching a lot of Olympics. It is always funny to me how I will watch sports I never watch just because it is the Olympics. What is really exciting about cross country skiing? And curling? No one watches curling. Mostly because they don't televise either of these on any kind of regular basis.

I do find it funny that though I mostly cheer for the Americans and the Canadians (my mother's country) I will cheer for any athlete that tries hard... Does anyone else do that? Are you all watching?

I just finished re-reading Just Breath. I don't mind it, but you are right there are differences from SM's vamps. I went to this as I was craving

I have to admit I have been struggling lately. We just pasted the 6 month anniversary to our son passing. Some days it is very hard to keep going, but I do it for my family. The rest of my boys and my hubby need me.

Hubby asked if we could get cable or satelite tv, but I told him that until he is working full time it just isn't going to happen, so no Olympics for us. We do have Netflix and tons of DVD & blue rays, so at least that is something.

Well off to go back to Rabbit Heart. Almost done. Only 7-8 more chapters. Sorry if I brought anyone down, but I needed to tell someone.
