Hello,
I reported the same problem to this address
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
and CharReader replied that he was in maintenance, but I doubt it, I think rather that the site decided unilaterally to put a quota for the stories and the authors, Tricklem answered me that it had not not notice until I report the problem and she has the same disappearances, for me it is more than 500 hundred stories of disappeared and same thing for the authors, a quota of 500 must now be the maximum allowed for registered people on the site
have a good day ,
cathy

I emailed in to ff.net about this and to date I haven't gotten any answer. If they get back to me I will let you all know.

Cause I'm making my own collection of fics and I've been using fanfiction downloaded and I've mostly been using Rich text file format for the fics, could I convert from ePub to rich text format?

You could try one of the online converting websites You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or you could follow these steps You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Usually after I create the EPUB I load it up to Calibre and then add the cover manually, but it might add it automatically if you were to add the picture you want for the cover on the first page before the story contents.

Late night channel surfing - Twilight!  I wonder how many people who know Twilight only know it from the movies?  Although I still love The Pretty, the story is just not as good in the movies as it is if you read the books.  I'm certain that those who only saw the movies just don't understand the obsession.

I can admit that I saw the first movie first before I read the books. But when I started the books, I mowed through them in a week. And I do agree the books are better in a lot of ways.  :)

So E.L. James is wading back into publishing.  Her new book is called The Mister and it is not about Mr. Grey.  Haven't seen the release date.  Some of you may be saying Yay! Some of you may be saying forewarned is forearmed.  I plan to withhold forming an opinion until the book is released.

I also saw the first movie before reading any of the books.  I thought the woman at the very end was Rosalie and I just didn't get it.  Before the next movie came out, I devoured the books.  I will admit to reading all of them multiple times.  Before I wore my daughter's copies out, I discovered fanfiction.  By the time the second movie came out, my daughter was out of her Twilight phase and her mother remains deep in the Twilight world.  Go figure - a series written for young teens has ensnared many a mature woman.

Started reading all books before the first movie came out - glad I did because I might not have continued seeing or reading.
It was actually my friends pre-teen daughter who first got me into the Twilight books, My son didn't read them and he'd NEVER admit to even seeing the movies
- which he did several times  >:D
So when she told me about the vegetarian vampires I thought it sounded like a kids book and in my head was comparing it to the movie 'The Little Vampire' staring the cute kid from Jerry Maguire.....
Bless all the pre-teens and young teens (and the Pretty) for without them making it popular there might not be the Twilight Fanfiction world we have today  :-*

I've read the books several times myself. And it took me a while to discover fanfiction. For the longest time, I was reading X:WP Fanfiction. And I got a random thought to see if there was any for Twilight... And then I fell down the hole to never return.  :D

On a random jump... Does anyone have any recommendations for anything that's similar to "Written In The Stars" by Lissa Bryan? I loved that story. Or anything similar to: "A Mate For Edward"?  ;)

Hello all. Hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend any E/B fics that center around "dooms day stuff" Like the movie "Day After Tomorrow" something along those lines. I'll take any kind of fics that are like that. Any help is appreciated.  ;)

Two of my fav's come to mind.

The Fallout by OCDindeed (still posted on FFN)

March 16/06 the world the Cullens knew ended. Faith, hope & love are powerful things. Edward finds out how powerful they are when he loses the one person who made his life worth living. Not just an E/B story. Entire Cullen clan is here, each with their own hardships. Set during a post-apocalyptic nuclear war. Try the Prologue before passing judgment. You might be surprised! NM/AU

Rain Must Fall by drotuno (in the index)
It's always been said that Mother Nature finds a way to assert her power. This time, she unleashed something that walls and fences
couldn't contain. Separated by an entire country, Edward and Bella must fight to stay alive in a world determined to destroy them, a world Edward must

I definitely read the books before I saw the movies, but that was because I don't usually watch movies in the theaters.  My Twitter feed was full of this new movie Twilight and this hot actor - the Pretty.  I realized I had bought the Twilight book years before and never read it.  Read the first three very quickly and had to wait 2 weeks for Breaking Dawn to come out.  I eventually saw all the movies. :)

Okay, this is a short but good, end of the world story by Lissa Bryan:
