So, I finally picked a new story to read and it is even from my TBR list.  :D  I have been re-reading favorites for awhile now. Just got finished the first 2 in the Gravity series. I have started The Ugly Duckling Bakery by staceleo. Has anyone else read this?

I recall I didn't like the first chapter (edward was such an obnoxious dick), so i stopped  :o :(
Dreams and Fantasies was the other one I didn't get past Chapter 2.  :-\

I recall I didn't like the first chapter (edward was such an obnoxious dick), so i stopped  :o :(
Dreams and Fantasies was the other one I didn't get past Chapter 2.  :-\

I finished the story and I found some parts to be very funny and other stuff to be ridiculous. I would give this 2.5 stars out of 5 and it won't be one that I will re-read.

Her stories are supposed to be funny.  Mostly they are okay.  Her baseball ones were good.  But I wasn't crazy about this one or her Actorward one. They aren't bad, just not as funny as I think she thinks they are.  Oh well, everyone's idea of humor is different.   ;D

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good New Moon AU stories where Edward and Bella reunite under different circumstances, like Beyond Time, It Will be as if I never Existed, Lost, etc.
There's always the Broken Angel Series by drotuno or Sacrifices by Enthralled. But these might be not what you are looking for. Maybe Simaril's one that I'm blanking on.... Not sure if this is along the lines you are thinking of, but my favorite post New Moon fic is Stranger Than Fiction by MasenVixen.  Six years after he left,  Edward discovers that Bella has written a best-selling book based on their relationship.  Lots of great EPOV, angst, romance, and hot lemons.  It's in the index.

A little trauma from plots against them, a little family drama, separation due to touring, but love wins out in the end.  Yes, there are lemons, but it's not overwhelming for those who have taken to skipping over them.  I liked it!
