Two weeks ago I bought pants and a sweatshirt and even a bra, with a mat to do some streching/yoga/shiatsu or whatever. I ever bought a small book called pilates for lazy girls.
Now I need to actually start !  :D :D :D

sometimes it helps to use different music when training, experiment and see what works best, u can always make a new post challenging all the other ladies to do it with u at a certain time of the day, >:D

 :D :D :D :D
The problem is not keeping on doing it, it's actually STARTING to do it that's my biggest problem. EVERY TIME !!!!  :P
And you're right, music actually helps.
When I'm stretching, or walking by myself, I listen to 'Spirits of the Land', native amerindian music that's relaxing and help you think, not running around in circles with your brain as is my habit...  :P
