A question about Criminal Jury trials

does ( insert wherever you live)  have 12 Jurors and do you have majority verdicts?  we do in NZ,  and Majority in a Criminal trial is 11 - 1       anything else is still a hung jury....
I am not a complete idiot, some parts are missing    :)

Nope, the US would make that a mistrial.

Thanks for that,  We have only had this for a couple of years,  still getting used to it,  should see the protocol we have to read out as court staff when it is majority,  I had one of these yesterday.

You also ballot your jurors for trial far differently than we do...   
I am not a complete idiot, some parts are missing    :)
