I think the most disturbing film I every saw was
Threads
, a film made in 1984 about a nuclear attack and it's aftermath on Britain. It still haunts me now, 30 years later.

The Blair Witch Project , really scared me ! And i like horror movies in general.

Not sure how Blair witch scared anyone lol but then I haven't found much to give me pause for thought I have found threads but still not watched it as yet Started too but ended up side tracked one of my cave dwellers ended up going to A&E will try again

Finally watched Threads, Nope, not scary, I guess I couldn;t get past the perfectly white teeth , and the fillings when they had thier mouth open, Not very realistic, even for a movie that old
