Hello! I'm not sure if here is where I ask this question:). But I used the website shown up above to convert a story that was a pdf into a word document. I then went to email myself the word doc but it said that 25MB was too large so it would have to be sent as a google drive and the google drive was all messed up. Does anyone know how to make these pdf's that convert to word docs small enough to email? I usually email myself word docs of my favorite stories in case something were happen to my computer so i'll have them forever.

Thank you all so much and I hope you have a great day!  ;)

I had a thought after I moved your post to this board.  You might try converting the pdf to an epub file since those tend to be smaller.  Do you have an epub reading program?  If not, you can download adobe digital for free.

Thank you for your response:)! I actually converted the epub to a pdf and then the pdf to a word. I read stories on my phone most of the time and I am not sure how to open an epub on i phone. On the computer I will use calibre to open epubs, but I dont believe they have an app for cell phones. Also, I was wondering if I convert a link to a story from the index to a pdf (or if it already is one), and then email myself that pdf, will I have that pdf forever? I just wasn't sure if somehow the website got taken down or if something accidentally got deleted if it would still be saved in my email? Thank you again for the help, I really appreciate it!:)

If you download a story to one of your devices and save it to your device, it will not disappear from your device due to anything that happens to this website.

I'm going to suggest you post your question about reading epubs on your iphone on the Twilight discussion and recommendations thread.  I believe some of those members may use an iphone.

If you use calibre, you can convert formats using calibre.  Maybe that will be more helpful than using convertfiles.com, since it will already be on your computer and you won't have to email it to yourself.  You may also get a smaller file if you convert directly from epub to word, rather than epub to pdf to word.

Thank you so much for the info! I will try to convert the epub to a word doc using the link recommended and hopefully that will work. My favorite author pulled all her stories and I was so devastated when I lost them and I thought they were gone forever and I'm so glad I stumbled upon your website. I was able to find so many of my fav stories and I want to make sure that I wont lose them again so I usually try to save a word doc and pdf for backup by emailing them to myself haha :). Thanks for everything and have a great day!
