amc's The Walking Dead
« on: September 26, 2012, 06:29 AM »
The Walking Dead, one of the best show's on tv, is returning Oct. 14. What do you think will happen in season 3? Are you stoked Merle is back, and where the heck has he been? Anyone else think Daryl Dixon is the baddest mo-fo on the planet? Which cast members do you think will become zombie snacks this season?

Rick finally snaps out of his 'bat shit crazy' phase but really out of everybody to talk to, he had to tell unpredictable Merle his plans. I will say even though I felt sorry for Merle especially after he sorta opened up to Michonne, I was kind of glad he's dead for good now and in Merle style he went out with a bang. The governor is disgusting for biting off Merle's fingers like that and I still think he has some kind of big secret that's he's hiding ;D

Daryl...  :brokenheart: :'( :( I got a little teary eyed myself when he had to kill Merle. The season finale is going to be epic! I think Michonne is a wild card too, she didn't look like she believed Rick when he said she was one of them.

I agree with everything u said. The thing with Daryl tho' could go either way... he could be like really strong and come into his own since he's now un- tethered by big brother Merle or he could go bat shit crazy like Rick and start seeing  dead people (lol). I loved the look  Michonne gave Rick after he said she was part of the group like "yeah right" and now that Glenn and Maggie are engaged, do you think one of them is about to die, cause nobody gets happy endings on this show. Will Daryl be much help to the group once the Woodbury stuff kicks off, I mean he just lost his brother will he need a freak out moment or u think he will use Merle's death as a sorta catalyst to kick serious butt? I have sooo many questions and I hope just a few are answered in the season finale... hey what are they gonna do with Lil Ass Kicker (Judith) while they are fighting?! ???

I never thought about Judith maybe they'll keep her with Beth??

I think Daryl will be stronger than before, after all it was Woodbury's fault that Merle had to die (in a round about kind of way) but I think it's possible he'll blame Rick a little bit. For Maggie and Glen, I think they'll both be there for next season. I hope Hershel survives...

So many things can happen and I cannot wait. I'm so excited!

Watched the season finale, the focus of this final episode seemed to be the Governor, Carl and lastly, Andrea. The Governor has become completely unhinged  the scene where he beats, stabs, then leaves poor Milton to die in the room with Andrea who is strapped to the chair was sooo evil. The whole time she was trying to get the pliers I was like "Use the Force, Luke" lol. Why the heck did she keep stopping to chat with Milton, that costs her sooo much time. The storming of the prison wasn't as epic as I thought it would be, sure it was good ( rocket launcher, yay) but not nearly as cool as the comic book version. Carl, wow he's really scary now. Not only can he dispatch walkers with ease, he has no qualms in taking out living people as well. When he shot that Woodbury kid, who was surrendering by the way, he did't even bat an eye. His reasoning behind his actions were pretty solid but still very SCARY. When the Gov. took out his own people, I was like "Whoa" then I was wondering, why didn't Martinez and the other guy take out the Governor while he was slaughtering their people? I was kinda sad when Andrea died I mean I was just begin to sorta kinda maybe like her. lol. Do you think it was a good idea Rick bringing in those Woodbury people and why not just take over Woodbury? It seems as if they would be more comfortable there. Is Rick done seeing dead people? How messed up is Carl and where the heck is the Governor going?! Sooo many more questions and now we have to wait forever to find out what happ :)ens next.

That finale was so disappointing! >:(
Where was the epic battle? It felt like such a let down. The only thing that felt like a battle was when the Woodbury folks opened fire on the walkers.

The governor is just too much... to take out all those people for something that was his own fault was ridiculous. I'm wondering as well why Martinez didn't just shoot him. Why did he and the other dude go with the governor? I didn't get that part :o

As far as Andrea is concerned, I didn't really like her but I was rooting for her to get those darn pliers to work properly and then the whole thing with Milton too :(

Carl is going to go bat shit crazy, watch and see. He shot that kid like it was nothing. Rick better keep a close eye on him from now on because did you see the look in his eyes when Rick showed up with the busload of Woodbury people... I saw murders being plotted in Carl's eyes :D

I don't know who Rick bringing the Woodbury folks over to the prison will turn out. I don't really get why he did it because even if he was worried about the governor showing up at Woodbury, he still had more fighters compared to the governor's three man circus. I definitely have to watch the episode again...

I agree, Tart it wasn't as exciting as last season's finale but I didn't hate it. I like that Carl for good or bad is growing up into what I shudder to think (lol) he's acting alot like Morgan did in the episode "Clear" everyone is a threat and its either kill or be killed is the mentality they have. I just hope that the addition of the children from Woodbury will help him act a little bit more like a kid. Man there sure were alot of old people on that bus (lol). Still wished they would have taken over Woodbury it would have been easier to defend than the prison in my opinion and it had alot more creature comforts. Can't wait to see how Rick's people interact with the Woodbury folk. :)

Watched the season 4 premiere of the Walking Dead last night, not sure if I loved it but I definetly liked it alot. Like all the new additions to the cast ( Walker Happy Meals) lol.  Looks as if Daryl has obtained rock star status within the group. I liked that they had a sorta governing council and some of the group even seemed to have formed hook ups Tyreese/Karen and Beth/Zach. How cool was it that Carol has "Story Time" for the kids along with weapons training! Goodnight Moon meets World War Z lol. Anyone else feel alittle romantic tension between Rick and Michonne, or is it just me? She and Carl seems to have gotten closer, friendlier. Crazy Lady Clara really freaked me out I was hoping Rick woulda shived her along with the head in the bag. That whole interaction between the two of them was just weird. I loved Glenn and Maggie... I'm gonna start calling them MagGlenn lol. But the 2 OMG moments of the episode were the Zombie Rain at the Big Spot superstore and what looks like an evolution  of the zombie virus. When Patrick re-animated in the shower I was like holy crap. Can't wait for next week's episode, wait... who is feeding the walkers?! ???

I LOVE this show!!! lol
Daryl is my favorite character! I think its awesome the status he has now. Totally deserved. 8)
I really like the thing Carols doing. The kids need to know how to defend them selves.
I can see Rick and Michonne together. I do think they have a good connection.
I thought Clara was a talking walker :D she freaked me out as well. Rick shouldn't have left her. I hope it doesn't come back to bite (pun intended :D) him.
I'm really curious to know whats going on with Patrick. I hope he doesn't kill too many people before he is put down :/
I'm guessing Rick. Only because he seemed to keep focusing on that walker during the show and maybe the interaction with Clara is making him do weird things... Just a guess though.

Question... the virus or whatever killed Patrick is it the same virus that caused the zombie outbreak or is it something new, maybe a mutated strain of the virus that kills both animal and human. Is it air-born something in the food or what and can it be contracted through touch if so our boy Daryl shook poor Patrick's hand shortly before he said he wasn't feeling well (yikes!). I think we are gonna see alot of people becoming Walker Happy Meals next week cause everyone was asleep and unaware of Walker Patrick in the shower room. Maybe's that's all the bodies they were burning in all of the previews they have shown. Can't wait to see next week's episode! >:D

Wow,   Wondering if what ever caused Pork Chops to die in the pig pen  is the same thing Patrick has....

Mmmmm    watched it last night    Really loved it ,

Loved Carol doing weaposn training   those kids need to know survival techniques.

I am still not a huge Rick fan    I find him...whats the word  I am looking for? ......   Gormeless     wishy washy   tepid         but that is just my opinion

Watched last night's episode "Infected" I really enjoyed this episode. Kinda confused tho, was the infection that killed Patrick from the pigs or something else. I know that some of the group was quarantined and Rick burned the pig pen and feed the pigs to the walkers but do they know for sure that's what it was. I still think the person who's feeding the walkers is from Woodbury maybe trying to take revenge on Rick and his group for what happened to their town. I can't picture it being one of Ricks people although that would be a real big shocker. Michonne breaking down while holding Judith now that was really sad. Did she lose a baby is that why she got so emotional? Glad we say glimpses of the old Rick last night (maybe) he did put back on his gun belt and gave Carl back his gun. Can't wait for next week's episode with Sasha, Daryl and Tyreese in the car caught in what appears to be a zombie hoard. >:D

Okay  I watched episode 2 last night,

I am thinking that the persone feeding the walkers is the little blonde girl  ( whos father carol killed)    She looks demonic enough to be the culprite.

What I want to know is   who dragged the bodies out the back and torched them,     had they turned  or were they brutally murdered?

as for Michonne breaking down  when holding the baby, I would as well  ( buit that is because I don't like babies and small children)

I thjink they should make 2 hour episodes    hate having to wait a week for each one,

Cavey, I too thought that maybe it was one of the little girls feeding the walkers but then I don't think they would be tall enough to reach the walkers mouths. If you look at the way they were being fed it looks as if the person was just about their height(tall). And I don't know about you, but I'd be too scared to go to that fence especially at night.. lol. I wish the episodes were longer too I hate waiting for next week's episode :'(. I'm really curious to see how fast they are gonna wrap up this super flu/virus thing that's going thoughout the prison, I just hope Daryl or Michonne don't get it cause they are my favorites. I've always thought that adding the Woodbury bunch to the prison was a bad idea, it puts a strain on their resources and to be honest, you don't know who still might carry a grudge against Rick's people. Did you notice Judith has a little cough? Beth and Michonne commented on it. Uh oh...lol. They wouldn't walker a baby... would they? >:D

I liked tha fact they brought the Woodbury people into it,  as then they could ahve more death and violence  and not kill off all the core cast.

I know what you mean by the height    but I am still thinking it is the demonic child

and little Ass Kicker has got a cough   but I can't see them killing her off just yet,   I think that is the red herring to pull you away from the oters that are sick  ( all woodbury ones)

My cave dwelling sons are no help  they love the show  but refuse to discuss it with their long suffering mother  as it is not cool to like a show your parents do

thank goodness for PTS

Man O man, where to begin. Watched last night's episode Isolation. Who'dah thunk Carol had it in her.. I mean man she straight euthanized poor Karen and David. I understand she was trying to stop the super flu from speading but dang she killed them, drug them outside THEN torched them. Maybe they coulda been saved, they could have been quaratined like the council had suggested but no Carol did them in. Makes me wonder if Daryl were sick would she be so quick to kill him too. Wonder if Daryl will kill Carol once he finds out she's the one who killed Karen and David. Remember, he told Tyreese he would put a bolt in whomever did it. Or maybe Ty will do it and this is all assuming Rick even tells him that Carol did it. He may try to protect her and say he doesn't know who did it. That fight between Rick and Tyreese was brutal. Sasha and Glenn are sick. I hope neither one of them dies, Maggie would be heartbroken if Glenn dies and Tyreese would truly flip his lid if Sasha died. But you never know on Walking Dead NO ONE IS SAFE! The scene where Daryl Michonne Tyreese and the other guy (whats his name) were caught in the HUGE walker herd was epic. Where did 7500 walkers come from and will they reach the prison? I think it's time the group relocated, that prison's turning into a death trap. My last thought is what if the person who's feeding the walkers is one of Rick's people?! >:D

I did not pick arol to be the one to kill and torch

she is brilliant now,  no longer the  abused wife    she is one of the strogest characters

Still think it could be a demonic kid feeding the walkers    but we will wait and see
