My mom loves Korean dramas so I know a fairly few. Almost all of them (I'm talking about 90% occurrence here) involves love triangles or even love quadrangles. Your question should be what genre are you interested in watching--drama, comedy, action/adventure, historical, etc because I'm sure any of the recs have some love triangles brewing on the story. And Koreans are not much gung ho about HEA either. My mom has grumbled quite a number of times during the end because it has ended in tragedy or sadness.

Though I m myself new to the korean dramaland , I have watched quite a few good dramas.. Damning my sleep of course. It looks like you have only seen romantic comedies. The drama you mentioned are all good ones and I liked them .
As per your taste , I think You will like
PLAYFUL KISS (cute school romantic triangle)
PERSONAL TASTE (incredible fun and hot romance)
REPLY 1997 and
SHUT UP FLOWER BOY BAND (high school setting with musical journey).

HEARTSTRINGS is also a must watch even if theres no triangle.
SECRET GARDEN ( a must watch but no triangle).
KING 2 HEARTS ( arranged marriage , no triangle but a lot of romance and strong plot)
FULL HOUSE & S.SCANDAL are very popular among the masses but couldnt strike the cord for me.

I would like to suggest INNOCENT MAN , a melodrama with a strong plot and awsome cast and an impossible triangle.Its different genre from what You have seen till now but I bet it will be worth a trial.

I'm in the midst of SHINING INHERITANCE now n it looks quite promising..

Thats all I can remember for now cos those are my favs... I will get back with more suggestions later.

Love Triangle? Ok. I have a few, although some have been mentioned before.

My Girl - Hero, heroine and the hero's ex.

Sassy Girl Chung Hyang - This one is more like a square.

Coffee Prince - Erm... the love triangle is not that dragging so few last episodes are more focus on the hero n heroine.

Secret Garden - well, the conflict is more on rich vs poor but still have the love triangle issue a lil bit

Sungkyungkwan Scandal - A bit historical. But you wont really notice it. Sooo funny!

Full House - The love triangle here is heavy.

Goong - Same here. Heavy love triangle.

My Lovely Sam soon - funny. and you cant help but to feel sorry for the 3rd wheel.

Lie to me - Eun Hye just know how to cry.

The heirs - Kinda kids stuff. But still entertaining.

I think that's all i have for now.
