I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but that being said I have tried everything I can to get BN purchased books into Calibre and following directions to my ability and am still coming up against a brick wall. I used to be able to do it and now I can't. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction?

Did you Update to newest Version of Tools.
The current version is 6.2.1
Get it from here if you haven't and try again after restarting your calibre

Thank you, Yes, I tried that. Just doesn't seem to be working for me. Maybe I've got something in the background that is preventing me from accomplishing anything. Oh well, Kindle, I'm here.
