things move....
« on: May 23, 2012, 08:42 AM »
I know how to convert files from pdf to epub I use calibre with no problem until I came across this one book... No matter how I do it the pictures that are in the PDF file in the correct place ALWAYS moves when I convert them to epub. I keep trying and no matter what I do they always get moved to the wrong places.. I dont know how to fix this and was wondering if anyone on here may have any way of knowing what I can do to fix it...

Have you tried converting to another format and then to ePub? PDF files can be tricky to convert to ePub sometimes if the formatting is off. Sometimes changing the page structure set up can help as well.

I've had success using mobipocket converter. Then run that thru Calibre to get epub.

You can always clean it up in Sigil after the conversion to ePub as well
