I cannot think of one phrase of words that will make me flounce. To me it is more plot, it must be believable. If they act stupid or childish, or the writing is as such, I usually flounce...

I want to feel what the characters feel. Be it love, lust, happy or sad.

totally agree with you. The only 2 fics i flounced was bec of the story. one had cheating and the other i felt will become too violent (well it was a mobward, duh). Not really into too much angst. I prefer the funny, super lemony ones. I do feel the conflict is a bit stupid when they have useless separations, don't talk to sort things out but i will continue reading if the story at least moved me or made me FEEL what they were feeling. I do not mind the typos, cliches and repetitive use of terms as long as i am into the story. Writing is not easy so I truly appreciate and respect those that actually tried. This is why I read what you guys rec as i at least know what to expect.

I finished Tropic of Virgin. Will look for Tropic of Gemini now. if not successful, might go for Help Wanted or Screamers or SpyGames. For some reason, am itching to read again my all time favorite The Man Who Cant Be moved. hmmm, decisions, decisions....

I finished Tropic of Virgin. Will look for Tropic of Gemini now. if not successful, might go for Help Wanted or Screamers or SpyGames. For some reason, am itching to read again my all time favorite The Man Who Cant Be moved. hmmm, decisions, decisions....

Naw didn't catch it, I'm weird I played on twitter after if first came out for a few weeks got bored with it, just opened up again today to see what everyone was tweeting about. Of course I have different interests now *cough* twilight so I had to modify my followers accordingly lmao..

I really need to remember to turn on all my computers at least once a week to download updates and email. Waiting for 831 emails to download (too many notifications) on a wifi network is just killing my surfing speed.

I shouldn't complain, at least there is a wifi network available

I'm on/off on Twitter. if I get on and there is no one there interesting to talk to, I don't come back for a while. I have a couple of Twitter accounts, but mostly use this name, and I follow a mix of people so I rarely just tweet without responding to someone.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this thread and just wanted to thank everyone for there contributions! I've found a lot of fanfics that were pulled that I didn't know about and I'm looking forward to reading them!

This posting was in the first book on page 20 and I've been trying to find the story ever since:

And does this plot summary sound familiar to anyone:

Bella, who is terrified of men, is taken into foster care by the Cullen Family. Edward, one of the sons, is blind and a brilliant pianist.

Unfortunately, I have not read this story so that's all I remember of the description. I hope someone still manages to recognize it.
