but the story has disappeared.

Was it ever completed? Pulled to publish?

Never mind -  with further investigation I found out substance clad in shadows was removed
by FFn

Read tropic of gemini but had to skim it as it was an A/J story. Looked interesting but am an E/B reader. Was looking for shorter stories and was wonderfully sidetracked with Quarterback Rush by musegirl. Really liked it, light and fluffy with good lemons. Minimal angst, the way i like my stories. Definitely rec that you read this 

Now on to help wanted but, my goodness, it looks to be a very long one... Should keep me occupied for the next week or so.

I have 2 questions (1 related to PTS and 1 unrelated if that's ok):

1)  Since the change from PTS to PTS, the site keeps randomly logging me out (while moving through pages, while trying to post a reply, etc).  This isn't happening with any of my other faves.  Anyone else having this issue?


2)  I'm facebook impaired, but I really want this coupon.  I went to the company page and clicked "Like" as instructed - now what?  Was something supposed to happen?  I don't see a coupon, an offer button,  or anything else I can click.  Nothing magically appeared in my email inbox either.  How can I get my greedy little hands on that coupon?

1) experienced the same thing. Sometimes it takes a while to fully load the page so that when i try scrolldown it just goes back to the top of the page? Don't know how to fix it so just wait a while until it stops scrolling up and down. For logging out, did you select the option to be always logged in? When you first log in, i think its defaulted to 30 mins. So i make sure its ticked as always logged in.
2) sorry, have no experience in coupons from liking in facebook

Does anyone has  Real Women by Truefan20? I think she had finished it before but she has taken down and now reposting as a name . Real Women Have Curves..

They affect your rating.  I guess if you dislike something someone does you can give them a thumbs down. And vice versa. I usually avoid them because on my phone with my weird fingers?  Yeah thumbs down when I mean to  hit thumbs up

They're the smite and like buttons.  Thumbs up increases the person's rating and a thumbs down smites them.  You can only use the buttons for a particular person once in a 24 hour period.  Usually people don't like to be smited (smite wars, apparently, being the exception).  I hit the thumbs up button when people do something extra nice (like ScarlettRaven when we were working on the table of contents for the first thread).  I haven't hit the smite button for anyone because no one has been mean or really rude to me.  You have to reach a certain level (don't know what it is) to have the like and smite buttons.  You can't like or smite yourself, so you can't see them on your own profile, only on others.  HTH.

Hi, everyone! This is my first official post; I've been lurking thus far. I'm only posting because I can't remember the name of this fic. I read the first chapter or so, and I can remember that. If anyone recognizes this, pleeeease point me in the right direction! Thanks.

First Chapter or So of Mystery Fic: Okay, so Bella is the new kid, as usual. Alice immediately makes friends with her and she's Edward's sister and she is fashion-crazy and exuberant, as usual. Edward is semi-popular or something and really full of himself, and he's dating Kate. Kate's mom (might be Tanya? IDK. I think she was wearing leopard print) is the art teacher and all these crazy kids are in that class, and E glares at B or something, I dunno.
I'm kicking myself for not remembering more than that, but I read a lot of fic and I really don't know why I am champing at the bit to read this one so much. It used to be in my favorites on ff, so I'm thinking it must've been pulled or moved, if that helps narrow it down.

If anyone actually figures this one out I will be super, super impressed and thankful.
