Well, I didn't delete any, but it would also mean someone else's posts were deleted because my thank you's given lost about 200 also. Strange. Unless they are combining that last thread somehow?

I've also lost a lot of thank you's. Only only in the last couple of days. Bizarre....

I don't think so I've just gone from given 1020 given 120 so something is updating or..... I have given almost 4000 as of yesterday.

Both my given and received are all screwed up as well....I can't seem to get ahead. I had to start over when they switched sites and now they're way down again

I'm looking for a Jasper/Bella story. It was all human, about Jasper and Bella going to live with Carlisle and Esme for the summer, because they both have issues. Jasper is a drug addict, and Bella is addicted to cutting. I know that in one of the chapters (one of the first ones) Bella used a cigarette to make a really bad burn mark on Jasper's arm. I don't remember much about it, just that the two of them kept arguing and Jasper once offered Bella some 'stuff' of his, and they even had sex. At the end, Bella was pregnant, but she left. It was complete, but it had a sequel. The sequel only had like 3 or 5 chapters posted.

I remember that the summary started with something like: 'They never asked for this...'
It might have been called Bittersweet or something like that. I also think that it might have been deleted from ff.net, but that's not sure.

Is anyone having trouble with Fanfiction downloader. I went to download a 38 chapter story and in the chapter box it only captured 1 to 1! I went to see about reporting a bug but the thread it says to read before reporting is locked and won't come up for me?

Just thought I'd come and say hiya. It's been a long time between drinks hasn't it? RL got extremely real and the big 'C' invaded out life so please excuse my absence. Anything I can do to help the new table then let me know because I need a distraction.

Is anyone having trouble with Fanfiction downloader. I went to download a 38 chapter story and in the chapter box it only captured 1 to 1! I went to see about reporting a bug but the thread it says to read before reporting is locked and won't come up for me?

Haven't tried it today, but it does that sometimes when there's a new version.

Thanks Ellachanted, I checked no new version as of yet, so I'll wait I have version 0.6.6 and that is the one listed on the site so maybe he's updating later.

I talked to Nina8 and the update caused EVERYONE to lose their thank you's given and received. So we're not alone. But she did say she thinks the updates are done.

Thanks for the heads up! My updated downloader is doing the same thing.

Before when this happened I had to restart my computer then it worked. I am doing that now and I will let you know the results. Thanks again!!

Well, the Calibre ff downloader is working. My only concern with it is that it seems to want to automatically update the stories. Great if you are downloading WIP's, but not so good if the author decides to pull the story and leave one chapter up.

Maybe it's good I cleared off all those hard drives yesterday.

I don't know if this will help you with any missing fics. Ellachanted uploaded all of the fics from Scarlettraven's old account back in April (I think I have that right) to zipped folders on Google docs . I believe the links still work. Here's a spreadsheet that lists the stories in each folder. Stories/authors are all listed in one column (sorry). To see if a fic/author is in these zipped folders, do the following:

-Open the spreadsheet & press Ctrl+F to open the Find feature
-Type the author or title/keyword and click find next or find all (I found 18 stories by 107yearoldvirgin on the spreadsheet)

Okay, so I just noticed my thank you numbers have changed again. It was a lot more yesterday (given and received) This is plain weird. I don't remember taking any back LOL!

They are still working on the Thank You issue. Thanks You were being resent everyday for some reason. So someone you thanked yesterday was unthanked the next. They were dropping off.

However your rating is correct. That's what we should go by now. The Thank You's are lost and probably won't be fixed.

I personally don't think the computer program can keep up with all your awesomeness's so it has given up.
